The murder this time is quite confusing, so I'll go through the events in chronological order.
Circumstances Before Death: Due to Koishi's excellent reasoning, both her and Hinaichigo were tied up and gagged, and left in the Attic. However, everyone didn't feel safe even with all of that, so they installed a padlock on the Attic's trapdoor which could only be opened by the Master Key. Then everyone went to sleep in their guest rooms.
The next morning, everyone woke up and proceeded to breakfast. Mystio carried breakfast upstairs to Koishi and Hinaichigo, confirming that they were still bound. She came back downstairs and ate in the Dining Hall. Afterwards, everyone split into groups for different activities. Mystio, Blitzcrank, and Bobby Fullbright remained in the mansion and hung out in the Living Room. Pebble, Shiori, and Iris Ashberry went out to the Garden to see the roses again. Ririchiyo, Spy W, Dr. Faust, and Kouta Tsuchiya left for the Dock to see the ocean. These activities continued well into the afternoon.
Then suddenly someone screamed loud enough for the entire island to hear (screams are op). Everyone started running around in confusion and who could possibly have screamed. Then finally everyone gathered around in the Garden Shed where they found the victim...
Victim: Pebble
Cause of Death: The body is badly scorched by intense flames. It is impossible to tell whether the victim has any other injuries.
Time of Death: It is impossible to tell when the victim might have died due to the heavy burns.
Location: The victim was found in the Garden Shed. The shed itself had been lit on fire and was burning steadily as the group found it. However, even as it was being burned down, the door to the shed was locked. After waiting for the shed to burn down completely and putting out the fire, Pebble's body and the Garden Shed Key were found in the rubble.
Investigation: After the scene at the Garden Shed, everyone went back to the mansion and went to the Attic where the murderers were being kept. Mystio confirmed that the Attic was still locked by padlock and used the Master Key to unlock it. Everyone went inside.
Inside, only Koishi was still tied up and gagged. There was another coil of rope and a gag sitting next to her where Hinaichigo should have been, but Hinaichigo was missing. Mystio ungagged Koishi and Koishi laughed.
"It was me you fools," Koishi said. "I murdered Pebble and Hinaichigo while all of you were distracted."

Investigation (cont): Everyone gathers in the Living Room on the first floor to confirm alibis.
Mystio, Blitzcrank, and Bobby Fullbright claim to have been together the entire time from breakfast at 9am until the scream at 5pm. However, Blitzcrank admits to leaving for 10 minutes at 3:50pm to go to the restroom.
Shiori and Iris both claimed to be in the garden, but lost track of each other and Pebble at around 1pm. They only met up again when they noticed the burning shed and met there at 5pm. Shiori confirms that it was Iris who screamed.
Ririchiyo, Spy W, and Dr. Faust all confirmed their alibis at the dock. However, Kouta arrived late at 2pm and did not meet anyone else before then. Ririchiyo decided to leave early at 4pm, she claims to have returned to the mansion at 4:20pm and checked that the padlock to the Attic was still locked before entering her guest room.
Mystio was the one holding the Master Key the entire time. She claims that it never left her pocket since breakfast.
Once again, the only people on the island are those who have applied for Binary Distortion at this point in time. Murders are cumulative so Yue and Maria are still dead.

I shall add a new rule concerning magic, if you use magic in your argument, you must specify what kind of magic was used and what exactly that magic caused. If you cannot do such a thing, your argument is invalid.

"Curses! I knew Oishii was trouble!
But anyways... Requesting the following in the RED OF JUSTICE:
Pebble is definitely the victim found shortly after the scream, as determined by whatever means that confirm it is not Hinaichigo.
The rope used to bind Hinaichigo and Koishi are not cut, not damaged in any other way, and not untied.
Individual groups did not further split up during the confusion caused by the scream, except Hinaichigo and Koishi
Koishi's inventory and Hinaichigo's inventory were checked prior to Mystio's bringing breakfast to them.
Mystio was accompanied by at least one other player, except Hinaichigo and Koishi, when she brought breakfast to them.

I refuse to comment on the identity of the corpse. This is because the corpse is charred beyond recognition, so it is impossible to determine who it actually is.
The rope use to bind Koishi is not cut or damaged, however it's impossible to determine if it has been untied before.
I can't say that individual groups did not split up after the scream, because they did split up.
Koishi's and Hinaicigho's inventories were never fully checked, unless you think Mystio should have strip searched them?
Mystio delivered breakfast to Koishi and Hinaichigo alone.

"uuu~! So you denied witches but you never denied magic..."
-Laughs maniacally- "Very well then! I shall solve this trial and prove to you all that it was done by magic all along!""Koishi had fire magic which was how she burned Pebble to a crisp. Furthermore. She also had magic to instantly lock and unlock doors with ease. As for Hinaichigo's disappearance. Koishi just simply made her vanish into thin air."

I think important points would be to confirm that Mystio had the master key the whole time.
The windows in the attic were locked.
The windows and the trapdoor are the only methods of leaving the attic.
Darius is not involved with any murder.
The padlock was actually locked the whole time (except for when Mystio opened it to go in).
There was no accomplice.
Hina and Koishi could not untie each other.
There is a shed key.

When Mystio brought breakfast up to the duo, one or more of those three untied Hinaichigo and Koishi, who had a Garden Shed Key; at this time, one of them unlocked the Attic window. While Mystio was returning from giving food, Hinaichigo and Koishi went to the shed (possibly via window due to people in the Mansion), bypassing other people outside. Afterward, when Pebble's group got split up, he encountered Hinaichigo or Koishi, who taunted him into following her into the shed. After he was taken by her taunt, the other KO'd him with a mighty shovel; then the two proceeded to set the shed on fire by some means. Afterward, one of the two locked the door and left the key, and both left through a window. Koishi and Hinaichigo returned to the Mansion via a window, the latter tying up Koishi again. Hinaichigo then escaped via the window and hid herself elsewhere before the body was discovered.
Therefore, this was an accomplice murder involving Koishi, Mystio, and Hinaichigo as the culprits.

Knox's 8th: The crime cannot be resolved with clues that are not presented, if magic was used, there must be proof. What is your proof of magic, Maria?
I would ask that you clarify your question Shiori. Certainly Mystio was in possession of a Master Key, but since she did not watch the master key the entire time, I cannot confirm that she had it the entire time.
At the time of the investigation, the investigators found that all windows in the Attic were locked from the inside. The only means of entering or exiting the Attic are through the windows or the door, no hidden passages exist.
Once again, Darius has a perfect alibi. -looks off to the side where Darius is having a debate with Erika-
The padlock was locked the entire time except for when it was unlocked by Mystio with the master key.
There is a shed key, it was found in the rubble of the shed when people investigated it.
I refuse to comment on anything else.
I will counter your argument, Bobby, with the windows in the Attic were never opened. Furthermore, Mystio is not an accomplice in the murder.

We will need it in red, but I fear the shovel is unlikely as no amount of burns would hide a cracked skull. That said I am slightly disappointed in how your theory lacks the usual flair Mr. Fulbright.
Allow me to hazard a guess for this one.
This murder begins when Hinai and Koishi are being locked in the attic. It was at that point in time prior to anything occurring and during the finishing of the last investigation that the attic windows had been left open. It was never confirmed that they were closed at any point in time prior to the investigation. The culprit simply had to make sure they were never closed so they could enter later. It is likely that the two bound would not reveal it even if they noticed as it presented a chance at escape.
The culprit this time took the time frame granted to them from the garden group getting split up to get up to the window and enter the attic. Entering through the window they procured one Hinai who they freed after discussing the plan with them and Koishi. Hinai would go with the culprit to set up the crime scene, while Koishi would stay behind to be a decoy. At this point in time the culprit loosened the bonds of Koishi so they could lock the window after the culprit and Hinai escaped. The culprit and Hinai then went to procure the corpse of Yue. The wounds on the corpse could be disguised by fire, unlike Maria's corpse which had a distinct lack of arms that would stand out even after being burned. Yue's corpse is also male, which would match with the one who would be the presumed victim.
It has not been specified where the corpses were moved or if they were changed at all in between the murders. The culprit and Hinai could have simply gone to where it was placed and retrieved it, or assuming it was left in the attic then they simply took it with them when they left earlier. At this point in time one of them began the process of moving and setting up the corpse while the other procured a tool with which to create fire. A lighter or perhaps some other tools, or perhaps they simply rubbed wood together until it lit. Regardless they both met again at the shed with the corpse of Yue hidden inside. They locked the door and sneaked back towards the house.
In the report it is mentioned that the fire is put out, and did not simply burn out on its own. I propose the key was hidden inside whatever was used to ferry water to the shed, most likely buckets which they filled one with water, maybe mixed some dirt in and hid the key inside. They could make the "fire squad" ferry the key itself to the destination. The key was lost into the debris while the fire was being put out and ended up being found during the investigation.
At this point Hinai and the culprit both go hide, most likely in the forest or somewhere they would have no trouble remaining hidden. It is there they remain and allow Koishi to finalize their illusion of Houdini and the closed room murders. Koishi would admit to the crime of killing both of them thereby forcing a discussion of how they would have to escape the room, when in reality they never left.
This murder has no culprit, as it is no murder, merely an escape plan. Koishi likely agreed to the plan because with the assistance of two supposedly dead people would allow them to create even more elaborate tricks that would be seemingly impossible for a single person. This plan was orchestrated by Pebble himself who could vanish safely with the assistance of the others.
The reasons for this theory are that Koishi has knowledge of the supposed fallen, who at this point was merely an unidentified male, assumed to be Pebble. If Hinai went missing from the attic its obvious that Koishi would realize this so that point has little meaning. When the others checked on Koishi and she yelled that she had killed them both it further engrained in our dear compatriots that the victim was INDEED Pebble. Under the assumption she did not do the deed it would have been impossible for them to know the victim without being told.
The reason for not including a corpse of Hinai with Pebble was the lack of a sufficient replacement corpse, for the same aforementioned reasons as there was no female corpse besides Maria who had already been extensively damaged.

"Shortly after the duo were tied, Koishi had loosened Hinaichigo's knots. After Mystio brought food out to them, Hinaichigo stole Mystio's Master Key. Mystio then left, but did not lock the door. She figured that she must've dropped it and returned to the others, hoping to find it on her own. Hinaichigo later left the Attic and locked it. She then escaped through the front door while watching for others. She then went to the Garden and found the roaming Pebble and taunted him into following her. She then fled to the shed, where she picked up a shovel and KO'd him. She then locked the shed and opened a window before lighting it on fire by some means (which is presumed to have burned in the shed via said fire), after which she escaped. She then waited around the entrance of the mansion for people to pick up on the murder. Once Mystio came outside, she slyly placed it in her pocket, running off afterward.
Therefore, Mystio is not as accomplice; but is a sort of victim (like Pebble) by the work of two accomplices, Hinaichigo and Koishi, the former of which is the killer.
Also, I request the RED OF JUSTICE:
The windows in the Attic never opened or closed from the time Hinaichigo and Koishi were tied up to the time Hinaichigo was discovered to be missing.
The windows in the Attic were closed and locked from the time Hinaichigo and Koishi were tied up to the time Hinaichigo was discovered to be missing."

I need to confirm something. There is only one master key.
The padlock was locked the entire time except for when it was unlocked by Mystio with the master key. Does this mean that it is possible Mystio did not lock the padlock after she unlocked it. With the padlock outside, can I assume that the trapdoor was unlocked while Mystio was in the attic. Can you tell us how long Mystio was in the attic for?
Mystio is not an accomplice in the murder. Does this also deny the possibility that she was the murderer.
the windows in the Attic were never opened. Does this mean that the windows were locked?
Could the rope have been replaced?
There are no hidden applicants.
Why doesn't Darius play with us? Assuming he is on the island.

The Attic windows were closed and locked prior to Mystio entering with breakfast. Pebble is definitely dead, and Yue's body was not moved since it was thrown out of the Attic after the first murder.
It is impossible to tie or untie the rope knots while being bound by the rope itself. Mystio also never dropped the Master Key.
There is only one Master Key.
The padlock was unlocked while Mystio was inside the Attic, how do you propose Mystio can lock the padlock outside the Attic while she is inside the Attic?
I will not deny that Mystio could be the murderer.
Of course if the windows in the Attic were closed, they were locked.
I won't comment on the rope or hidden people, simply because it's impossible to make any of those statements in red.
Apparently Darius is having more fun playing with Erika than he would have playing with you.

Fine then I shall make a slight change to my theory. Pebble sawed through the padlock and entered the attic. Planning ensued and Hinai left with him. They replaced the padlock with another as the master key would unlock any regardless and trashed the destroyed lock.
The only change is that during the setup Hinai betrayed Pebble and struck him down with some blunt weapon. Then his body was placed in the shed and the plan carried out just as before except with one person. The plan this time just changes into one just between Koishi and Hinai who get Pebble out of the way and secure freedom for one of them.
