Blitzcrank is a human, he did go to the restroom in the 10 minute period he said he did. The time he went to the restroom was indeed between the imprisonment time and investigation. Blitzcrank is bound by human conventions. Why are you so interested in Blitzcrank's toilet use again?

No one, except the killer, saw smoke rising from the Shed until 5PM.
The Rose Garden is too tall for people there to see smoke rising from the Shed.
Assuming smoke were rising from the Shed due to burning, people from the Dock could see the smoke rising from the former location." |

Blitzcrank immediately returned the Master Key to Mystio after coming back from the restroom.
I won't comment on the visibility of the smoke, because it depends heavily on the person seeing it.

One cannot see the rose garden from the dock without a visual enhancement device such as a telescope.
You want the exact height of the smoke rising from the shed? I can't tell you that. What do I look like, a god?

How long did it take everyone to gather?
Were there any who claimed to be in the same area as the others with them, but came later?

were mystio, blitzcrank and bright together all the time after breakfast?
was the prisoners breakfast finished when they all gathered to see the prisoners? how did they actually eat if their hands were tied?
mystio freed hinai during breakfast as they weren't able to eat while their hands were tied , but locked the attic after she left yet leaving hinai free inside the attic.

The scream was heard by everyone across the island at exactly 5pm. It was definitely Iris Ashberry who screamed. Everyone gathered in approximately 30 minutes, I won't say this in red because it was unknown that Pebble was dead during this time, and thus "everybody" could not gather. Furthermore the locations of Koishi and Hinaichigo were also unknown at this time.
I won't comment on what other people claimed in this time. I can't keep track of every single little detail on what they said.
It is possible that one might see the rose garden from the mansion entrance.
Mystio, Blitzcrank, and Bobby were together the entire time except when Blitzcrank went to the bathroom... or so they claim.
The prisoners had finished their breakfast by the time investigation started. Perhaps they were hand-fed by Mystio?
I don't have any obligation to respond to that blue, since it doesn't detail exactly how the murder was done.

Koishi was found sitting at the center of the Attic floor during investigation, her bonds were perfectly secure.
This does not tell whether she was hiding behind crates. Center is fairly vague and tells little.
I vaguely remember something to the extent of the culprit escaped the shed through either the window or door. I seem to recall what exactly...
Now to open up possibilities... There is at least two accomplices.
Ririchiyo decided to leave early at 4pm, she claims to have returned to the mansion at 4:20pm and checked that the padlock to the Attic was still locked before entering her guest room.
Was the padlock locked?
After the scene at the Garden Shed, everyone went back to the mansion and went to the Attic where the murderers were being kept. Mystio confirmed that the Attic was still locked by padlock and used the Master Key to unlock it. Everyone went inside.
Mystio lied about the padlock being locked.
Mystio was the one holding the Master Key the entire time. She claims that it never left her pocket since breakfast.
Were there any other moments where she let someone borrow the master key? This puts quite a bit of suspicion on her with how she lent it to Blitz... Lets confirm that only two people had possession of the master key, besides the case of Bobby passing the key to Blitz so that Blitz could go to the bathroom. Mystio was with Bobby the whole time as she claims.

The center of the Attic floor is cleared of crates.
Mystio never lied about the state of the padlock.
Mystio did indeed allow Blitzcrank to borrow the Master Key for him to use the restroom. However, Mystio did not lend the Master Key to anyone except Blitzcrank.
I won't comment on any other questions.
