During breakfast, Mystio was busy fooling around and opening and closing the Attic door several times, taunting Koishi and Hinaichigo. However, during this time, or an earlier point of breakfast, Hinaichigo had slipped out of the Attic while tied up. Koishi was distracting Mystio at this time to make the escape successful, while perhaps mentioning that Hinaichigo was hiding out of fear of her (Koishi, not Mystio). Regardless of the precise method, it was at this time that Hinaichigo had escaped through the Attic door. She then slipped out of the Mansion without being caught, while also removing her ropes and perhaps gathering materials to start a fire. Prior to this point, she had the Shed Key on her, unfound due to not being thoroughly searched. She then went to the Rose Garden, where she met Pebble, who tried to catch her. She fled inside the building and grabbed a shovel, KOing Pebble with it. She then locked the Shed, preparing a fire to burn it and various pieces of evidence down, including her ropes. She then escaped through a window and fled somewhere.
As for the ropes lying next to Koishi. They were prepared either prior to breakfast with Hinaichigo's help, or while the latter was killing Pebble.
Therefore! Koishi is not the culprit but an accomplice! Hinaichigo, who is missing, is the real culprit!

Hinaichigo was inside the Attic until after breakfast ended. I'm seeing quite a bit about the shed's windows, so I'll add that all of the shed's windows were locked and never opened.

On the off chance that it is related, what did they have for breakfast? What were they given to eat with? Were they just fed?
Where did we find Koishi at the end? Hidden among crates? How tight were her bonds at the end? Would they have prevented running? Were they tied differently than before?
Could Koishi have slipped into the group during the chaos where we were searching?
Koishi and Hina are working together, so Hina could have retied Koishi after they ran around together.
Can you confirm whether Pebble was killed in the shed.
What is the shed made of?
They escaped Mystio in the morning through some trick or another. Assuming they were not tied in view of the trapdoor, Mystio would not know if they were still in the attic after she left as they could be among the crates. They killed Pebble after he got split from Iris and me, then dragged him to the shed. They broke a small hole to escape and locked the shed. Then they set fire to it. Hina ran off to hide in the forest and Koishi used the confusion to sneak back into the attic with the investigating group.

Requesting clarification!
Hinaichigo was in the Attic until after her breakfast ended.
Hinaichigo was in the Attic until after everyone else's breakfast ended, including Mystio's.
Requesting the RED OF JUSTICE!
Ignoring the gradual effects of the flames, the Shed's stability was still good at 5PM, when it was discovered by Iris and Shiori.
At 5PM, when the Shed was discovered by Shiori and Iris, the building was largely intact, despite the flames.
The Shed finished burning down in less than thirty minutes after Shiori and Iris discovered it at 5PM.
The Shed Key was heavily damaged by the flames in the Shed.
Water was thrown onto the flames as the Shed was falling apart, not while it was still largely intact.
The Shed Key was underneath large amounts of the Shed's rubble, rather than on top of it.

Breakfast was toast. No utensils required.
Koishi was found sitting at the center of the Attic floor during investigation, her bonds were perfectly secure.
I won't comment on the following 2 questions since they just talk about what might be possible.
Pebble was killed in the shed. The garden shed is made from wood.
Both Koishi and Hinaichigo were inside the Attic until after breakfast ended. Breakfast refers to both the group's breakfast and the prisoners' breakfast. Prisoners refers to Koishi and Hinaichigo, while the group refers to everyone else. The shed was not damaged in any way except for the fire.
Of course the shed was damaged when Iris and Shiori found it burning. If you're asking about the degree of damage, I can't say for certain.
The fire on the shed was put out in less than 30 minutes after the shed was discovered by Iris and Shiori, except the shed had already been reduced to a pile of wooden rubble by that time.
The shed key is made from metal, therefore it was undamaged by the fire.
Water was used to put out the shed fire, it is not certain when exactly the fire was put out and whether the shed was intact at that time.
The shed key was found within the rubble, of course it was not found on top.

"'Perhaps I should also say Koishi knew perfectly well who the victims were before the investigation team arrived in the Attic.'
I would like confirmation on two points:
The above RT statement implies that there are two or more victims involved in this case, despite the fact that only one victim was noted to be discovered.
Assuming Koishi is not an accomplice or a culprit of the trial currently in discussion, she can see the Shed from the Attic."

Even if Hinaichigo is dead, you only have to solve how Pebble died in this trial. Perhaps Hinaichigo will appear in a future trial?
It is impossible to see the garden shed from inside the Attic, without the use of vision enhancing tools such as telescopes and whatnot.

... Mystio is still quite suspicious...
Mystio wanted to cover for her own murder attempt so she made a deal with Hina and Koishi in the morning. She would set one of them free if the other took the blame for the murder she was planning. The murder of Pebble. Koishi loved how mysterious it would make her and agreed to take the blame. #blamesova Mystio sneaked Hina away from the building and they plotted on ways to kill Pebble. Mystio gave Hina the master key and Hina killed Pebble in the shed. Possibly after luring him. Hina tossed the shed key and locked the shed with the master key. She returned the master key to Mystio and escaped to the forest or somewhere else where she could hide.

I'll break that theory with red. Mystio was always in possession of the Master Key, except when she lent it to Blitzcrank for 10 minutes.
...oh whoops... I just gave you another hint, didn't I...?
Well whatever, the shed was only locked or unlocked with the shed key.

"Requesting RED!
The restroom was unlocked from the time of Koishi and co.'s imprisonment to the time of the Investigation.
The restroom was not locked from the time of Koishi and co.'s imprisonment to the time of the Investigation.
Heading to the restroom from the Living Room, using it, and returning to the Living Room generally takes less than 10 mins.
The Mansion actually has a restroom that is not in a Guest Room.(I did not find restrooms on the Meta map, except in the individual Guest Rooms, which generally don't need Master Keys.)

The restroom was locked from the time of Koishi and Hinaichigo's imprisonment until the time of investigation, except when Blitzcrank unlocked it briefly.
I cannot comment on how long it would take to use the restroom, as this varies from person to person.
The restroom Blitzcrank used was inside his guest room, I guess he forgot his room key and needed to use the Master Key.

"I think we've got a problem here:
The Guest Room doors have chain locks and deadbolt locks.
Chain locks can be opened from the outside, given that the deadbolt lock is not successfully in use.
Deadbolt locks prevent the door from closing properly if the door is open at the time someone tries to use the deadbolt lock.
Assuming Blitzcrank's room is locked by deadbolt and his key is forgotten in his room, he had to have left via his room window. I request confirmation on where the group met up with him in the morning: Either his entering the Entrance from the outside or his entering the Guest Hall from his personal Guest Room.
In short, Blitz could not have locked his door without having his key on him."

I never said Blitzcrank unlocked the door to his room with the Master Key.

"'The restroom Blitzcrank used was inside his guest room' Requesting confirmation!
Blitzcrank had gone to his restroom within the 10-minute time period in which he said he'd use the restroom, which occurred between Koishi and co.'s imprisonment and the Investigation of the ongoing trial! (The focus here is the time frame)
Also, it is humanly possible for someone to head to the Shed from the Living Room and return to the Living Room within a span of 10 minutes.
Blitzcrank was not out of breath, nor was he sweating when he had returned from using the restroom, during the period between Koishi and co.'s imprisonment and the Investigation of the ongoing trial.
Blitzcrank meets the conditions of being a human in terms of being able to murder and count as a culprit in this pregame.
