Victim: Yue
Cause of Death: The victim has a deep slash wound in their neck, they are lying propped up against the door and have a pool of blood gathered underneath them. There are no other visible injuries on the body.
Time of Death: The body was found in the morning by Shiori at approximately 8:30am. Shiori noticed blood starting to seep through the crack in the doorway to the Attic and immediately called for help. Pebble and Bobby came and boosted Shiori up to the trapdoor where she attempted to open the door. Judging by dryness of blood and the extent of rigor mortis, the victim is estimated to have died at any time from 11pm last night to 4am in the morning.
Location: The body was found in the Attic. The door was locked at the time, and Shiori, Pebble and Bobby Fullbright all worked together break down the door. Inside they found Yue's dead body. On top of one of the crates, they found a key to the attic. All windows were locked from the inside. A small blood trail was found leading from a large blood splatter at the center of the room to the body's location at the doorway.
Further investigation of the Attic revealed some crumpled up duct tape hidden among the crates. Traces of duct tape glue was found on Yue's mouth and clothing, although it was difficult to find after the body was drenched in blood.
Yue's room was investigated, but it was locked both by key and by chain. After breaking down the door, Yue's room key was found inside on top of the bed. All windows were locked from the inside. There were no traces of blood or struggle from inside the room.
Circumstances Before Death: Hatsune Miku went to sleep early in their guest room at 9pm after arguing with Maria on the existence of witches.
Blitzcrank and Bobby Fullbright stayed up until midnight talking in one of the Living Rooms on the first floor. They both walked to the guest rooms floor and went to sleep at midnight.
Maria Ushiromya watched TV in the Living Room from 9pm until 10pm after arguing with Miku on the existence of witches. She fell asleep in the living room.
Pebble strolled through the garden throughout the evening. He returned at 10pm and noted that the TV was on in one of the living rooms. He walked in on Blitzcrank and Bobby Fullbright talking and exchanged a few words before going upstairs to sleep.
Hinaichigo stayed in her room until 11pm when she decided to go downstairs for a glass of milk. She saw Maria sleeping in the Living Room, but decided not to disturb her. She noted that the TV was off at this time. She went to the kitchen, grabbed a glass of milk, then went to sleep upstairs.
Shiori claimed to be together with Yue discussing things in the Dining Room. Yue left at around 10:30pm, and Shiori stayed in the Dining Room until 1am before going upstairs to sleep.

Oh dear me, I seem to have forgotten something. Since nobody on the gameboard found this last piece of important evidence, I shall state it here. The following symbol was drawn on the outer wall of the mansion below the Attic window.I do hope all of you put up a fight... after all, this is the best time to win the game! You only have to solve this one murder! Hahahaha... good luck.

"uuu~! First murder! Looks like Pebble wins this round!~"
"So this is a closed room murder...Interesting...But have no fear guys for I already have the answer to this case! uuu~"
"This murder most likely wouldn't have been possible without the use of MAGIC since no one could have gone in and out of the room without the attic key and not to mention that said key was found at the scene of the crime. This means the culprit could have only been a witch or a supernatural entity!"
"Case Closed! uuu~!"

"Aha! Looks like it finally started! I have been waiting for this~ ^_^"-A girl suddenly jumps off one of the empty chairs. When did she get here? Or was she always here but nobody just took care to notice?- "Well then, Mr. God, lets me start with the opening theory. First of all, lets start with the locked door of the attic that made up this "closed room murder". The door to the attic is a vertical opening trapdoor. The corpse of Yue is lying on the floor making it seem as if it was laid there from above after the door has been closed and locked blocking it. This and the key to the trapdoor lying on one of the crates makes it appear that window has been used instead of door. But that isn't true. There is a way to place body on top of the door and still be able to slip out through it beforehand. First, the culprit murdered Yue in the Attic, then afterwards they took some sort of pole or something like that, lets say poker and while placing it between door and floor to make it hold open like a triangle and after placing the body on the trapdoor in the way it doesn't slide down, they slipped into the hole taking that poker or something with them making the door close. That is my theory as to how body happened to be on the trapdoor. Lets go next to the theory on the key to the trapdoor that was found on the crate in Attic. I'll start from conclusion: That key is fake. It is a copy made to look similar to the real key but it isn't. The culprit predicted correctly that the door would be broken through and left a fake copy of the key. And with the door along with it's lock broken, there is no way to prove it isn't fake. And as for the Yue's Room: Yue's Closed Room Trick doesn't hold relevance to whether this murder could be possible or who it was done by. Now to who has done it... Haha... I see that there are some contradictions in people's "alibis", Shiori states she stayed in the Dining Room from at least 10:30 when Yue left to until 1:00am, but Hinaichigo states that she went to Kitchen after 11:00pm to grab a glass of milk and none of them mention meeting each other. Knowing that to get to Kitchen you have to pass through the Dining Hall, this means that either of them wasn't there at that time and was the culprit. Lets just say it was Shiori because first finder + last one to have seen the victim + providing information that could very well be false makes her most suspicious in the case. ^_^"

Haha... I don't think you read the rules correctly, Maria. I'll repeat it this time in red. Since I am the one who will cause all of the murders, and I am a god, the culprit is not a witch or other supernatural entity.
Interesting theory you have there Koishi. Let me say that The key to the Attic lying on the crate is genuine. No other keys to the Attic exist including duplicates. In regards to the locked doors, the door to the attic was undoubtedly locked when Shiori attempted to open it. Furthermore, until the culprit executed their plan, Yue was inside their room, this means that the culprit must have gotten Yue out of their room to commit the murder, and set up the closed room trick while doing so. I believe this proves your theory is impossible Koishi, and that Yue's room has definite relevance to the murder.
I won't deny anything about Shiori though. Feel free to suspect her as much as you like~

I fear that you are mistaken on one point. The fact that Yue's room was locked by both key and chain means that another trick of some sort had to be used here in order to do one of two things. This depends on the order of the crime, but one is more likely. I doubt any person would have left their key somewhere when leaving their room, so I expect that the killer themself placed the key. The killer either lured Yue out of the room and committed the crime and later returned the key, or managed to get into the room and subdue Yue without any difficulty, which would be quite difficult anyway.
The duct tape leads me to believe the latter is actually true despite its difficulty. I presume that Yue was knocked out through the use of some chemical after being baited to open his door on his own, letting the killer in. From that point the killer placed duct tape on Yue to keep him quiet in case he woke up. They also took Yue's key, locked the door while it was open so that the handle would no longer work. Then upon moving out of the room with Yue in tow they used a tool of some sort to latch the chain through the small gap of the door when barely opened. The killer then carted Yue to the attic and began the rest of their murder.
I will need more time to consider those exact circumstances."

All guest room doors have deadbolt locks, however, I won't say the same for any of the other doors in the mansion.
I will also say that using X is not allowed. By X I mean an undefined method X or undefined tool X used to get into or out of a room, or perform any sort of action that influences rooms. All methods and tools must be clearly defined.
However, I won't be so petty as to argue on details, such as the 'pole' Koishi mentioned in her theory. As long as the tool is defined as some sort of object, it will be allowed in a theory.
Hahaha, I didn't deny witches, Maria. I simply stated that the culprit in this murder is not a witch. After all, why would witches come here? This timeline is a god's territory! I won't allow any witches to sneak into my timeline so easily!

It's trial time, time to learn who here has at least a brain and who doesn't.
Let me begin just by posting theories and information I gathered, don't expect much.. I just woke up after all. Even though I did go to bed rather.. early last night in frustration. Anyway!
My personal issue is the layout of the building, I don't seem to know it. Wouldn't Hinaichigo have seen or heard Shiori talking to Yue in the Dining Room from the Kitchen when she grabbed a glass of milk? It bothers me that such a fact is unverified when it could be easily verified. Also, another interesting fact I found was that Shiori went to bed at 1am and yet was up at 8:30am in order to discover the body, seems a bit odd since normal humans sleep for at least 8 hours.
One last issue about Shirori is that she refuses to tell us what she talked about, at all, in any detail.
Anyway... Back to the murder. I believe the murder happened around 11:00-12:00am. Why? I would like to take a look at the mention of the TV. Nobody knows who turned the TV off, so the murderer may have turned it off themselves to prevent people such as Maria from waking up. My assumption is that, while setting up the murder, the murderer seen the TV and decided to turn it off, which was between 10pm and 11pm.
Me and Shirori are the only ones without an alibi at that time, outside of Yue. It is entirely possible that Yue also did this, however if she did, Shirori would have notified us of such.
Alright, so the murder probably started by being ducktaped outside of Yue's own bedroom, probably with struggle. The Duck tape was to once again reduce all noise, and force Yue into the attic. This was done with Yue leaving her room of her own accord, probably after being told to meet up the murderer at a specific place, such as the Dining Room to discuss things. The murderer dragged Yue on her feet up to the attic, holding the murder weapon against Yue between 10:00-11:00pm.
The victim would probably return to Yue's room later to bolt the door and leave from the outside, simply to make it seem like she did not leave on her own accord. I am still unsure how the attic part plays out, that's my assumptions so far.

"Wait... Was it opening down or up again..? Ugh... I think it was down... Ah well... Lets see, lets see, if that is the case... Hmmmm...""Aha! I see it now. I think I agree with you there Mr. Pebble. I think the order of the things you listed: Yue being knocked out and carried out -> his room being locked -> murder in attic happening and it being locked is the correct order. And now for the details: First things first, culprit caught (not killed yet) Yue in whatever way they did and carried him to the Attic normally through the ladder and trapdoor. Afterwards, they locked the attic and opened the window and put down some rope hanging from it (tied to a crate or something perhaps?), when done, they took Yue's room key and went into his room, they then locked his room properly from inside, left the key in here and opened the window and got up the rope back to the attic. They closed the window, opened trapdoor, tied their rope they used for the window to the trapdoor's handle bellow or something , murdered Yue, and then while hanging on the rope, they closed and locked the door (method isn't super clear or logical tbh), they untied the rope and dropped down. Then, in the morning, they themselves organized the party to open the room and as soon as they got in, while people were distracted by sudden appearance of body, they placed the key on the crate and then announced that they found it or simply waited for it to be found. And this is it for my 2nd murder theory..."

So we're arguing time of death now? Fine by me. At 10:15pm, Pebble was in the guest room corridor. Furthermore, it was Yue himself who turned off the TV. If we go under your assumption, Mystio, of the culprit dragging Yue upstairs at 10pm, Pebble would have definitely encountered them. Yue is also confirmed to be alive by Shiori after 10:30pm. Shiori also did not notice anything strange when she went to sleep at 1am. At the time Shiori went to sleep, everyone except for Maria Ushiromya was inside a guest room.
The door to Yue's guest room cannot be locked from the outside without using Yue's guest room key. Yue's guest room key was found inside Yue's room. This key is genuine and there are no duplicates. How do you propose the culprit locked Yue's room from the outside and left the key inside their room?
In regards to your theory, Koishi... All doors and windows in Yue's room were locked before any doors and windows in the Attic were opened. There is also the matter of the key to the Attic was placed on the crate before Yue died. I'll even throw in a bonus, when Yue died, all doors and windows in the Attic and Yue's Guest Room were locked.

Hmm.. Seems you're giving us an awful lot of information there superior-guy.
Well, looks like everything I've said is bust. Do you enjoy making a fool out of me? At least go easy on me, I'm here to play your little game after all. I could go serious, but you lack any sort of motivation so I'll keep doing what I do.
Judging by your information, the murder could not have happened before 1am. Yue was in her room, as all guests except Maria was inside a guest room at that time. However.
All doors and windows in Yue's room were locked before any doors and windows in the attic were opened, which means the murder first started with Yue's room shenanigans. This also means that the windows in both area's were involved.
I believe that Yue was actually attacked on her way to her room, by me. Hatsune Mysito.
Yue was not in her guest room, she was in mine. Tied up.
I intercepted her while she was heading to bed, then attacked her. I duct taped her mouth so she couldn't scream and her arms so she wouldn't struggle. I took her into my room and used her key to unlock her room. I opened her window and my own, then locked her door. I then climbed into her room from my window, where I put the chain on, then as I left her window, closed it while throwing the key onto the bed.
From my bedroom, it was very easy to leave my bedroom after 1am with Yue bound. I dragged her up to the attic, just like normal. When there, I placed the attic key on the crate, and opened the attic window.
Then, I murdered Yue, dragged her onto the trapdoor.
Then escaped through the attic window, probably with rope, to my room. The rope was tied to the window top, and when I pulled hard, it shut the window and took the rope with it.
I then casually closed my window and went to bed.

Perhaps all of you need a reminder. All windows in the Attic and Yue's room were locked at the time of Yue's death. Simply closing a window is not enough to lock it. Furthermore, the locks to all windows are only found on the inside of the rooms.

I'm not wasting my time on the likes of you anymore, Superior-jerk!Mystio pouts and walks away to blow off steam, she'll be back soon.

"Wow! You guys are good! Maybe someday you'll fight on the side of JUSTICE, alongside me!!
But question, Mask-In-Us! What happened to all the blood!? With a massive neck wound like that, someone must've done something to keep blood off of them when they killed Yue!
Also, note there are no other visible injuries. Does this mean that Yue's clothes weren't ruffled either? As in, is it possible for there to have been a struggle? Or was the kid done in without putting up a fight!?
Maybe these questions'll help! Hahaha!"
EDIT:
"Oh yeah! About that symbol on the outer wall, just beneath the Attic window! Did Pebble notice it outside earlier? And what is the symbol drawn with?"
