All windows in the guest rooms and Attic have bar locks. This means that there is no 'locked state'. All aforementioned windows can only be locked when the window is closed.
Duct tape was not involved in the transportation of the body. This means that moving the body from the guest room to the Attic by pulling it up with duct tape is impossible.
No locked doors were forced open until they were broken down by investigation. No duct tape was used on the locks, otherwise the investigation team would have found traces of duct tape glue on them, right? There was also nobody hiding inside the Attic at the time the door was broken down.
Hmm... it's getting dangerous so I won't use anymore red.

" As the name states, its same theory as before with only few points changed since both of us don't have all day to for mindless long repetition of same stuff. Anyhow, the new theory changes a bit before the murder, and during it. Perhaps even before the culprit drugged drinks in the kitchen, they made a path on the wall by breaking through the wooden parts. What was used for this step was a tool out of garden shed or some other sharpish object, could even be the murder weapon, it isn't that important. What matters is that culprit made footwork or perhaps stabbed enough sturdy sharp objects through wall to get up or down it freely. Everything else until Yue came into his room and fell asleep is same. Afterwards, the culprit tied Yue with duct tape and pulled him out of the window. They either put him hanging one of the sharp objects (if those were used) or just placed in any way outside the window that would make it possible to pick him up and that didn't hurt him (can list many here if needed exact one). Then, the culprit got back into Yue's Room, locked the window, got out to Guest Hallway and locked the door, got to Attic, opened the window, got down through the path they made to Yue, tied him to their body with duct tape and then climbed up to the Attic and dropped him off there. Everything afterwards is just how I described it before with culprit still being Hanaichigo. Well then Mr.God, how about this time?" |

Very good! I can counter a few more points with red truth, but that is the gist of the murder.
The culprit is Hinaichigo. They intercepted Yue while he was heading to his room. Thinking that since the TV was turned off an Yue was the last person to go to sleep, Hina convinced Yue to let her into his room. There she offered him drugged tea and Yue fell unconscious. Hina bound Yue with duct tape, opened the window, and climbed up to the Attic using sharp tools to create footholds on the walls that she had prepared earlier. Hina painted the symbol as she went to cover up the marks on the wall. Then in the Attic, Hina removed the duct tape, slashed Yue's throat, waking him up, locked the window, and placed him on the trapdoor. Hina opened the trapdoor and left, leaving the Attic key with Yue. Yue, with the last of his strength, locked the trapdoor in hopes of recovering while the culprit couldn't chase him, but when he realized he was beyond saving, he threw the key at the crates in frustration and died. Hina proceeded to go back to Yue's guest room, locking all doors and windows inside, then hid there until morning when the door was broken down.
Because Hina thought Yue was the last person to sleep, she tried to make an alibi for herself at 11pm after Yue had gone to sleep. But this conflicted with what Shiori claimed, and led to her alibi being questioned.
Now then... if there are no objections, Koishi takes the first trial!

 Wait just a minute here, God of Dichotomy. Are you really just going to let this one slide? There's still a lot of things you didn't cover! Yue died instantly! He couldn't possibly have locked the door to the Attic himself! No chemicals were used in this murder at all! Furthermore, Yue never opened the door to his guest room once after he locked it and went to sleep! Of course, all windows in his guest room were locked at this time!The wall underneath the Attic was never touched, except for the object used to paint the symbol!There was also nobody hiding in Yue's guest room at the time the door was broken down!You think Hinaichigo could commit this murder? Hinaichigo was asleep in her guest room at 10:30pm when Yue entered his room! Let's confirm everyone else's alibis too! Pebble was asleep in his room at 10:30pm.
Blitzcrank and Bobby Fullbright were talking in the living room from 10pm until midnight.
Mystio was asleep in her room at 9:30pm and did not wake up until after 1am.
Shiori went to sleep at 1am and did not wake up until 8am.
Maria was asleep on the sofa in the living room from 10pm until 9am when the investigation began.Additionally, Yue died between 11pm and 1am! There are no humans at this time who could have killed him! Honestly, God of Dichotomy, you're going too easy on these mortals. You should counter their theories more thoroughly in red! |

 Deniiiiiiied~ Pebble did not wake up until after 1am after he went to sleep at 10:30pm
Blitzcrank and Bobby went to sleep just after midnight and did not leave their guest rooms until after 1am.Puh~lease~ I can confirm alibis easily, isn't it about time you gave up already? |

I wonder if your red can counter the possibility that Yue committed suicide?
There was no accomplices as stated earlier, but what if multiple murderers attempted to kill?
Was there even a person needed in Yue's room to kill her? What if there was a trap set up before.

... Mystio... with the times given, I could very well have committed this murder... However, Hinaichigo is also not proven innocent as the little girl's red truth says that she was asleep at 10:30. Hina had already stated that she woke at 11 for a glass of milk, assuming that is the truth. Blitz and Bob were also talking during the first hour of the window of opportunity and thus had an hour to work. The fact that they slept at midnight does not deny this possibility.
