During the investigation, nobody looked at the symbol. I won't deny that the culprit might have paused to admire their work after they had finished murdering though.

I see some ambiguous terms that I don't quite like. Allow me to propose a complete solution to this magical murder. This solution assumes a few things, so if I could kindly get Mr. God to hit these with red should I be mistaken then I would greatly appreciate it. First, Any window or door that was locked at any point could have been unlocked. Specifically all doors and windows being locked when Yue died, does not mean they were not unlocked during the killer's escape. Second, when you mention all doors being locked, this does NOT necessarily include the chain on Yue's Room.Let us begin shall we? When Shiori went to sleep at 1 am all of the guests were in a guest room with the exception of dear Maria. The killer began their plan as Yue entered their room intending to sleep. If the killer allowed Yue to enter their room and fall asleep its unlikely that they would have been able to wake Yue without some sort of commotion. As such I believe that the killer incapacitated Yue before Yue fell asleep in their room. They quietly knocked on the door and gained entry before Yue fell asleep. They then pulled Yue into their own guest room and bound them up with duct tape. They were incapacitated through some chemical means due to the lack of injures on the corpse besides the death point or they were choked out and the bruises of being choked out were hidden by the large quantity of blood. The duct tape marks were difficult to find so it wouldn't be surprising for something else to have been hidden by the blood. At this point the killer has imprisoned their victim and began to wait for everyone to go to sleep before carrying out the crime. Maria was in the lobby, but her location did not affect the murder plan. At this point in time, Yue's room and window are INDEED locked up tight as the killer had taken Yue's key and locked the door behind them as they dragged Yue out. The killer had never touched the window so we can presume it was still locked, or if Yue had unlocked it earlier then the killer locked it themselves. Nothing of import involves the window at this point in time. Once everyone was asleep, most likely around 1:30 to 2:00 A.M the killer began the more dastardly portion of their plot. The Killer took Yue out from their guest room and carried them up to the attic. At this point they had the key to the attic with them and locked the attic door behind them. They placed the key on one of the crates and made sure the window was locked so no one could interfere. They then took the murder weapon, something sharp, but what the exact murder weapon is holds no relevance and cut Yue's throat away from the trap door. They did not want blood to start dripping through the cracks until the morning after the crime. They proceeded to remove the duct tape from Yue after killing him and toss it in between the crates. It was during this time that the blood managed to soak the areas where the duct tape had been placed. After letting Yue's blood drain for a short period the killer dragged and placed the body atop the attic entrance and began their escape.
Now for a short break, allow me to point out that at the time Yue died, all doors and windows in the attic and Yue's room WERE locked and the key had been placed onto the crate just prior. With that all of the red truths have been navigated and we are free to unlock anything we want. It was at this point in the murder the killer began preparing their closed rooms. The Killer made their escape by going out the window after unlocking it. Either at this point or earlier in the day the Killer painted the symbol that none of the guests found during investigation. The killer escaped through the window and made their way back to the guest rooms. Its likely they disposed of the murder weapon and anything bloody somewhere outside where they went unnoticed. Then, back in the guest rooms the killer used Yue's key to unlock Yue's room and enter. From inside they locked the door and placed the chain and then left the key on the bed. Then just as before they unlocked the window and escaped out it. They performed the same loop back to their own room and proceed to sleep and wait. When someone discovered the blood seeping through the attic door the killer was awake and waiting. They faked waking up and met Shiori who needed help to open the attic. Together with Shiori and one other, the killer broke into the attic. During this time when the two innocents were distracted by the body and blood no doubt, the killer examined the window and locked it to make it appear as if it had been locked since the murder had been done. The killer also made sure to be a part of the group investigating Yue's Room and did the same thing for that window which they had escaped out of. In this manner they made it appear that the killer had escaped from the closed room, when in reality it was merely an illusion of a closed room.
Based on this theory the killer had to have been in the guest rooms prior to Yue heading to bed. They also had to be one of the three who broke into the attic to complete their deception. Shiori and Bobby were both still downstairs until midnight or later. The only one who was already upstairs and broke into the attic, was Pebble. So that is my theory, the culprit in this case is yours truly. One Mr. Pebble, in the attic, with a chain of closed rooms.
Edit: Oh and as a bonus I was apparently in the garden earlier, may have been scouting my routes through the windows or places to hide things.

"Woah! Sorry about that! Forgot I needed to make a theory to get Red Truth from you, Granny's Goose!
All righty! I think it's obvious that Phooey got killed in the Attic. No blood's anywhere else after all!
Also, I think it's obvious that Pebble would've noticed someone out the window if they drew the symbol when he was outside, unless he drew it. What was the symbol made of anyways? The symbol's the most important evidence, you say; but at this rate, it looks like a red herring that went to waste! No magic's involved after all!
Also, I'm sure the murder weapon is knife from the Kitchen, unless someone has another sharp object lying around. So I think it was someone who went to the Kitchen earlier! People have already noted that Hinaichigo and Shiori ignored the other's presence in their testimonies!"

Hmm... hmm... your theory is that the culprit escaped through the windows, then came back to lock them later? I'll smash that with red! From the time of Yue's death until the doors were broken down, all windows in both the Attic and Yue's room were locked. I will also concede that Yue was killed before 1am. However, I won't deny that the doors or windows may have been opened again after they were locked. Let there be no doubt in the locked rooms, nor in the time of death. Let me also add that after Yue entered his room, he did not enter the guest room hallway again. This includes being dragged around unconscious by the culprit.
I have nothing to say to you, Mr. Justice, you're only stating obvious points, and your theory is incomplete.

*Shiori snaps out of her daydreaming and takes a glance over the scene* So Yue was probably murdered in the Attic... Could you confirm that there is a way to remove a knife from the attic after locking the room, such as removing a panel from the window. Locked does not mean that it wasn't removed after all. Also, it would be nice to confirm that it is possible to cause a deep slash by pulling a rope quickly to slit his throat.

Foolishness, you can't remove any panels from a window, a door or window in Yue's room or the Attic being locked will prevent all means of entry. This includes contraptions that extend through them and objects that slide through the cracks.
I will not confirm or deny the murder weapon, just note that Yue's throat has a deep cut in it.

Then lets attempt this... Can you confirm that there is no other way out of the attic and room besides the windows and doors?

Hina doesn't like dead bodies! *sniffles* And I don't like that people are blaming me. Meanies. I think there's something fishy here... Mr. Pebble said that he was talking with Blitzcrank and Bobby, but they never mentioned him. *pouts*

Knox's 3rd: Hidden doors and passages do not exist. The doors and windows are the only ways in and out of the Attic.
Well Hina, I simply gave information on what everyone claimed they did. These are only their testimonies. However, I will confirm that Pebble did in fact meet with Blitzcrank and Bobby just a little after 10pm.
Hmm... I think you guys might need a few hints. Go ahead and ask me questions, and I'll repeat some things in red for you. Of course, I won't be super generous and repeat things that might disadvantage me. I always have the right to refuse to repeat statements in red!

Very well... Can you confirm whether there was evidence moved by the culprit after the trapdoor was unlocked in the morning and that Maria did not wake last night and slept for at least six hours. She is certainly suspicious with the occult symbol on the outer wall. Would you care to explain what you know Maria?

Well, that was a waste of time. After blowing off all my steam from Mr. Superior-jerk, I see you guys have gotten... Welll... Nowhere.
But at least you guys managed to somehow grab these Red Truths, so let's take a look here. I will be solving this under the assumption that, once again, I am the murderer. I swear I have it in me!
Anyway.
First, I'd like to discover the beginning. I don't care about alibi's right now, so we're skipping that.
Hidden doors and passages do not exist. The doors and windows are the only ways in and out of the Attic. a door or window in Yue's room or the Attic being locked will prevent all means of entry. This includes contraptions that extend through them and objects that slide through the cracks. Good. If either of these was possible, this would be the dumbest trial in history. Glad we got that out of the way, so let's move on.
Yue went to bed at 10:30pm last night after discussing dariusknowswhat with Shiori. The proof of this is the fact that, alongisde Shiori's alibi, Maria had left the TV on at 10:00, as noted by Pebble at 10:15. It was turned off by 11:00pm however, at least, this is assumed. Mixed with Shiori's alibi and Hina's alibi, it can be confirmed that Yue went to bed from 10:15-11:00.
after Yue entered his room, he did not enter the guest room hallway again. This includes being dragged around unconscious by the culprit.
This includes being dead, as I assume. However, I do not believe Yue entered his room willingly. This is because no entrance from the room would have been possible at all.
What I believe happened to allow entry into Yue's room, was prior to Yue going to bed (probably around 10:00 an hour after going to bed), I opened up my windows fully and unlocked my door. I then waited until Yue went to bed. I would have then intercepted him, clamping my hand around his mouth from behind, and pushed him into his room, probably pointing my weapon at him threatening, using my hand to prevent him from crying for help.
Once inside, I repeat. after Yue entered his room, he did not enter the guest room hallway again. This includes being dragged around unconscious by the culprit. Yue never entered the guest room hallway.
In Yue's room, Yue was bound by duct tape around his mouth and arms/legs. This is where the traces came from that was on his mouth, and his clothes. This would prevent him from moving at all, making any sign of noise, or yelling for help.
I then opened Yue's window and probably tied a rope to Yue. Climbing back to my room, I easily used to rope to drag Yue from his room to my room through the window. To minimize the struggle and allow sliding with ease, I could have easily wrapped Yue in a blacket or bag. I then took Yue's room key. HERE I knock out Yue, Yue is UNCONSCIOUS for the remainder of this.
Now that Yue was out of his room and inside mine, never once going outside and probably being seen by others, I then left Yue back into his room. It was here that I climbed back through the window, locking it after coming back in.
I then leave through Yue's door, locking it behind me. Don't want people visiting Yue now, do I?
I then travel up to the attic.
In the attic, I opened the window. I also locked the attic door shut, just incase someone decided to come up here. I placed the key on the crate, then used the rope to drag Yue into the attic through the window I had opened.
It is here that I tie duct tape from Yue to the window's lock bar, I then stab Yue while I jump out the window, shutting it, and then proceed back to my room. Yue wakes up, stabbed, and dying. The first thing he does is go towards the door, which is locked, and when he realizes this, it's too late. He dies. While he moved towards it, what he didn't realize was him locking the window with the duct tape. He was too shocked by what was happening. This locks the window by Yue accidentally.
Now I return to Yue's room, where I unlock Yue's door, lock it, chain it, put the key on the bed, and hide within Yue's room, probably in a closet, for people to investigate.

Yue died in the Attic, and he did not enter the guest room hallway again even as a corpse, however, him being a corpse is not included in the body count at 1am. The duct tape was found bundled up in a ball in the corner of the room, how do you propose Yue accidentally closed the window with no duct tape being found on him? Additionally...
No evidence was moved during investigation. Maria Ushiromya did not wake up after going to sleep until the investigation began at 9am. Does that satisfy you, Shiori?

Oh right, I should remind everyone that even if you are dead, you may participate in this trial. Nobody knows anything about this murder except what is posted in the report and statements in red, except for me. The culprit also does not know that they are the culprit.
Thank you for your understanding!

Can I ask whether the culprit lied about not being outside their room during the 11 pm to 1 am window?

I refuse to make any statements in red regarding whether the culprit lied or not~
