Interesting, you wait until the very end to fire a red truth?
I see you're trying to prevent yourself from truthing most of my earlier blue statements... Very well then!
The duct tape was undone in the attic once Yue was there and rolled up, then tossed. Place this action between killing Yue and bringing her up.
Yue herself, whether it was her sock or a sleeve, was stuck to the window locking pole.
It was after this I executed my escape by leaving through the window, shutting it immediately after stabbing Yue, knowing full well that she would wake up, panic, fall from the window, lock it, and crawl to the exit.

"Hmmm... I believe I need few points sorted out before I can make my next theory... Mr. God, can I ask you to repeat these blue points in red?" " All doors and windows in the Attic and Yue's Guest Room were already locked when Yue died and All doors and windows in the Attic and Yue's Guest Room were locked when Yue DIED not when his throat was slashed. Have locked and was locked have different meanings. It could sound like the doors were already locked but in fact the action of them being put on lock could've just been carried on at the same time as Yue died. Other point is self-explanatory." " When door to the Attic was broken, every living person on the island was there in the guest hallway. as well as When door to the Yue's Room was broken, every living person on the island was there around it. I believe that explaining my points at this point will give too many clues to others so I won't ^_^" " There are no other humans able of murder on the island other than the guests. and Only guests at the time of murder on the island were: Miku, Blitzcrank, Bobby, Maria, Yue, Pebble, Hanaichigo, Shiori and possibly me." "And I think thats all I need to know for my next theory..."

Yue's body was specifically placed on the trapdoor in the Attic, Yue did not go anywhere near the window after his throat was slashed. The window to the Attic was locked before his death and was not opened again after he died. Sorry Mystio, try again.
Hmm... alright Koishi, I'll concede a few points here. All doors in the Attic and Yue's guest room were locked when he died, however I refuse to comment on the windows. I will not explain the reason. Of course this is when Yue died and not when his throat was slashed.
I refuse to state that every living person on the island was in the guest hallway when the door to the Attic was broken. This is because only Shiori, Bobby Fullbright, and Pebble were in the guest hallway when the door to the Attic was broken.
I refuse to comment on every person being in the hallway when Yue's room was broken for a similar reason. Not everyone was in the hallway at the time.
I will say that no humans on the island are able to murder except for your group. Your group refers to everyone who has applied for Season: Binary Distortion. I will also say that everyone who applied for Season: Binary Distortion after this trial began could not have committed the murder.

Guess I will go ahead and say this since I thought of it (and revealed it in the skype chat).
The murderer in this case is most likely Mystio if we go on who has a motive. Mystio and Maria argued that day and as such could have had motive to harm each other, in comparison no one had any connection with Yue or reason to attack him. There is a series of events that leads me to believe that Mystio had been attempting to murder Maria, but unintentionally hit wrong target.
After arguing Maria went to watch TV. Mystio went upstairs to plot out and prepare their murder plan and listened for the TV to go off, that would be the signal that Maria was headed upstairs to bed. HOWEVER, unlucky for Mystio, Maria fell asleep in the lounge and never ascended the stairs. Pebble, myself, noticed the TV on, but didn't do anything about it. I survived. Yue who headed up the stairs shortly afterwards turned off the TV for Maria but unexpectedly alerted Mystio who thought Maria was going up the stairs.
Then the murder plan ensues with the target being a mistake, but you can't take it back when you jump out and attack someone.
So how, we still have to figure out, but the why and the who. It was Mystio because of the argument about witches with Maria resulted in them concocting and executing a murder plan!

So, the kind gentleman thinks the same lines of me. Yes, it was me that murdered Yue. However, I feel some of your information may be incorrect, please allow me to give my own theory on the matter. Until 9pm, I had gone to bed, and pretended to sleep. However, there's much more to it. For you see, at exactly 10pm, a man come upstairs. A man named Pebble.
It was this man that I threatened to assist me with the murdering of Marie.
This man exchanged some words with Bobby and Blitz, probably warning them not to go upstairs until after midnight if they wished to be safe. He probably explained that he was being forced into something, as a cry for help.
He then noiticed that Marie was still sleeping, with the TV on. Why didn't he turn it off? Obviously because that was the indicator that Marie was heading to bed.
That's right, this murder has an accomplice. Pebble. Mystio, who murdered Yue who was assumed to be Marie due to her turning off the TV, had an accomplice, Pebble.
Pebble.. The man who knew what was going on, was quick to help Shiori with opening. He lied in his alibi due to guilt.
Mystio waited in the attic, while Pebble in the hallway.
Pebble heard the TV go off, and attacked Yue instead of Marie. He brought her into his room, and bound her with duct tape. Then, using a robe and wrapping her in blankets, he moved Yue through the window into his own room, simply to make sure that nobody would walk in on a bound up freaking out yue. He took Yue's key before this though.
Yue is now in Mystios room, Mystio in the attic, and Pebble is in Yue's room. Pebble locks Yue's door and window and remains in the room.
Mystio then goes to her room, where she sees that Yue is not Marie. Mystio is probably upset, but continues to prove a point to Marie. A threat. Mystio knocks out Yue, then drags her up into the attic using the windows.
Up in the attic, Yue is unbound and stabbed to death, he is then dragged to the attic door, which was then locked. Mystio then locked the window, and threw away the tape inside the crate, and placed the key there.
Mystio then hid in the attic, Pebble in Yue's room.
When Shiori woke up, probably being told by Bobby due to the warning last night, they indeed found the blood. Pebble then left Yue's room, key still on him, and joined them, and helped them open it up. Knowing where Mystio was, he easily assisted Mystio in not being caught, to save his own life.
Then, he immediately returned to Yue's room, locked it by the chain, propped the key on the bed, and hid in the closet.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!?
H-h-how can this beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!?
My theory is definitely complete, Mr. Cranberries-on-Couscous!!
But maybe this'll help get the reds out of you...
Pebble was strolling around when he somehow climbed the wall to explore and write on the outer wall with a pen, leaving a decoy far in advance of the actual murder! Afterward, he climbed down and went inside. Afterward, he went into the living room to confirm if I and Blitzcranberries were prepared to steak--I mean, stake out the area for him! And then he called Yue up to the Attic to play Twister with him! But they had a rule to wear duct tape so as to avoid scaring the others if one of them screamed, should one of them twist their ankles! And then Yue fell, twisted his ankles, and slashed his neck against a random piece of cardboard! Pebble, fearing the cardboard, then ran and jumped out the window, where Maria and Mystio prepared a trampoline for him!! And then Shiori prepared a big feast for Pebble's big win! And then Hinaichiko played a game of chess against Darius and won!
That is how Yue died!! ... Or maybe this theory might be enough to pry about the symbol, if you would please! Mainly what it's made of! All in the name of JUSTICE!"

Hello.
I need somethings in red. The symbol that was drawn on the outer wall of the mansion below the Attic window was done at or after 10 PM.
Also I'm not sure if this was mentioned in red somewhere yet.
Windows can be set to lock from the inside but a person on the outside can still push down a window to lock it as long as it is already set to lock.
You need to cross the Dining Room to enter the Kitchen. Shiori saw Hinaichigo pass through the Dining Room and enter the Kitchen a little past 11 PM

"Well then, I believe I have solved the case. Leaving your ridiculous theories of conspiracies and whatnot aside, lets try this one out:" " Murder began when Yue went up to sleep to his room. He normally entered his room as he would always do. But, in fact, he wasn't alone. Someone went with him and he didn't very well seem to mind. But then, Yue suddenly fell asleep due to reasons I will explain later. Murderer simply took his key, opened the window, left the room locking the door behind and then went to Attic. Afterwards, culprit opened the attic window and threw down the rope tied to crate or something to near where Yue's window was. They locked the door to attic and then while confirming that the rope could hold a person, climbed it down to Yue's room possibly drawing the weird symbol on the way. Having confirmed what was needed, culrpit tied Yue with the rope and then climbed the rope back up to the Attic. After that, they pulled Yue up the rope to Attic, removed the roped and locked the window. Afterwards, they placed Yue on the floor, unlocked Attic, placed the key on the crate, took out their murder weapon and slashed his throat! Immediately afterwards, they put the duct tape on himself to stop the bleeding. Maybe immediately because of the pain or maybe a bit later, Yue woke up in the Attic with culprit right near him with bloody knife. He was shocked but culprit escaped down the attic trapdoor. Yue's natural reaction was of course to lock himself in Attic since he didn't want to go down to culprit or have them climb to him. Because duct tape was blocking his bleeding at his neck, he didn't notice what condition he was in and thus he simply pulled the duct tape off and threw it in the corner. Immediately afterwards he started bleeding heavily and then as he was trying to unlock the trapdoor and get down in darkness of the night at attic, he died from the bleeding. By that time, culprit already got into his room, locked the door with both key and chain, placed the key on a visible spot in the room, locked the window from inside and then... Hid themselves in the room in wait until the door to his room would be broken to then casually go out with all confusion going around. A murder happened with 2 closed rooms, of course everyone would be too startled to notice such small stuff. This means that the ones who couldn't have committed this murder are ones opening the first room: Shiori, Pebble and Bobby. This means that Shiori would've no reason for lying, but... The murder wasn't as simple. For there in fact were 2 people planning it. And one stayed above to execute it while another stayed down to make sure all was found in correct way. Shiori drugged Yue's drink with sleeping pills and then acted as first finder, and another stayed in Yue's room to make it seem like a closed room murder. Shiori didn't need to mention TV being off because she herself witnessed Yue doing it. The accomplice wasn't Maria because she was asleep, it wasn't Hanaichigo because her and Shiori would then match their alibis that way. It wasn't Blitzcrank because the two had no time to make the plan together. This leaves the only possible accomplice being Mystio. So, the murder has been done like this (one person acted the murder while other being on lookout) and culprits are Shiori and Mystio.[/div]"

Will you repeat these in red? There was at least one person in the attic before I opened it." "The doors were not open by the culprit(s) after the murder before the investigation group could search." It would also be nice to know who the ones opening Yue's room were. Also... a point I would like to play with. "During the investigation, nobody looked at the symbol. I won't deny that the culprit might have paused to admire their work after they had finished murdering though." Can we assume that the culprit escaped out the window after the murder.

Alright, allow me to answer the questions first. The symbol that was drawn on the outer wall of the mansion below the Attic window was done at or after 10 PM, this is true.
Windows can only be locked from the inside of the room, but one can push a window to be closed from the outside of a room. Closed does not mean locked.
You need to cross the Dining Room to enter the Kitchen. I will not comment on what Shiori or Hinaichigo saw when/if they were in the Kitchen/Dining Hall.
I refuse to comment on whether there were people inside the Attic before it was opened. I will not state the reason.
I will say that the culprit did not open any doors after they had completed their murder plan until the investigation had begun. The ones who broke down the door to Yue's room were Maria, Blitzcrank, and Bobby Fullbright.
I will not comment on how the culprit escaped after committing the murder.

Onto individual theories...
Pebble: Your murder plan doesn't involve any methods of going through the rooms. I will say that Mystio did not exit their room to the guest hallway from 9pm when she went to sleep until 8:30am when Shiori discovered the body.
Mystio: This murder has no accomplice, it was done by only 1 person. You also did not explain how Yue's body was somehow dragged up from window to window, there are 5 meters of wall between the windows of the guest rooms to the window of the Attic, how do you propose someone dragged a body at that height?
The door to Yue's room was broken down immediately after the Attic was searched. Pebble was in the Attic at the time the door to Yue's room was broken down.
Bobby: Do I actually have to call Darius over here to prove you wrong...? Know what, I'm not going to bother. You are completely wrong. Next.
Koishi: As I said before, this murder has no accomplice. The duct tape found in the Attic has no blood on it, therefore it could not have been placed on Yue after his throat was slashed. I will also say that no rope or any other related object was used in this murder. Regarding the ordering of locked doors... I've already used quite a bit of red truth on those, any more would make them confusing.

Tch. It seems the exclusion of rope has chopped up my theory to bits. It's getting late and I don't feel like having a silly game interrupt my needed rest.
Do whatever you want with this theory. If it helps out then aren't you lucky?
Theory:
Miku lied about her location after leaving Maria. After arguing with Maria about witches she decided that she would play a trick on Maria. Miku went to her room. She heard someone come up and enter his room around 10:15. She could see that it was Pebble by peeking through her door and seeing which one shut.
Downstairs around 10:30 Yue left Miku in the dining room. He noted that the TV was on in one of the living rooms and turned it off. He went back to his room and locked the door behind him. For extra precaution he also did the chain. He put his key on his bed. Yue confirmed that his windows were also locked.
After hearing/possibly seeing Yue enter his room Miku began to act. She left through her room door and closed it behind her. She used the key to get into the attic and locked it behind her. She put the key on a crate.
Miku opened an attic window and took a rope and looped it over a part of the Mansion so it hung like an upside down U/pully. She held on to this and lowered lowered herself near the attic wall to draw a symbol. She climbed back into the attic but left the rope up and the window to the attic open.
At this point Miku either tapped against Yue's window with an object (most likely swinging the rope in front of it) to draw his attention or Yue noticed something strange going on as he was not yet sleeping. He left his room key on his bed or forgot about it. Yue went to his window and opened it. Miku called down to him (not too loudly) and said that she had seen this weird symbol and was checking it out. Yue climbed up and when he was near the top of the rope and still holding on Miku quickly put ductape over his mouth and got some on his clothing.
Around 11 PM Hinaichigo went downstairs to get milk. She would have had to pass through the dining room and see Shiori on her way to the kitchen. Because we know that no witch was involved in the crime and that Shiori stayed in the Dining room until 1 AM both members should be able to confirm seeing each other. As Hinaichigo left to go back upstairs she noted that the TV was off in one of the living rooms. Hinaichigo did not hear anything strange in the attic during her trip.
Back up in the attic Miku dragged Yue inside and slit his throat in the center of the room with in a single motion from behind using a sharp object that she took from the kitchen or found in the attic. She did this with him facing the trap door and away from her body so that none got on her clothing. There was a large initial gush splash that died down to a steady flow and she placed him carefully over the trap door. She removed the ductape and crumbled it into a ball, tossing it in the corner. At this point Yue was too blood drained to resist or to make sounds.
Miku went to the window she had opened and set it to a “locked” setting before slipping outside and holding on to the rope. She pushed down the window so that it would lock completely. She used the rope to get back down to Yue's room. She entered and set the window to a “locked” setting then climbed back out, held onto the rope and pushed Yue's window shut completely locking it. She then went over to her open window then simply pulled one half of the upside down U rope formation until it completely slid off the roof and took it back into her room. She locked her room and window behind her. Yue died from blood loss shortly after this.
Miku knew that she had set closed room murder leaving only a “witch's symbol” as proof. Tomorrow Maria would definitely say that a witch had done the murder which would make Maria seem like a likely culprit.

"Ugh... Having all my theories rejected like that is harsh... But nevertheless, if I change this here and that there... Done! Theory MK2 is ready for action!" " First of all, the murderer drugged Yue's drink, no, all drinks in the kitchen taking the kitchen knife in process. Then they casually went up and waited for Yue who got sleepy to come to his room. There they intercepted or whatever and got him to fall asleep gently in their arms. They got into his room with him. Afterwards, they tied him up in duct tape and a whole lot of duct tape and through the opened window they... Stuck him on the wall outside of his window... They tied him up in the way that he would be all tied up and then there will be a long rope-like end of the duct tape. They kept throwing it up to near the window of attic until they managed to get it stuck there at last. Afterwards, the closed and locked the window to Yue's Room and left it locking the door behind them as well. Afterwards they entered Attic. They opened the window and pulled him up with the duct tape from the wall. Once done, they put him in center of the room, removed all duct tape from him, possibly used it to get on the wall and drew the weird symbol to mask the duct tape signs, pulled themselves up and threw the duct tape in the corner of the room. They put the key to attic on the crate, then approached Yue, brandished their kitchen knife and then slashed at Yue's neck making him wake up straight from his drug-induced sleep. Culprit then jumped through the trapdoor to escape and Yue who was unable to scream or call for help due to cut throat, could only lock the trapdoor so as not to let culprit return hoping he survives. Except he did not. Culprit in the meantime went over to kitchen to wash and return their kitchen knife to kitchen and get a drink (possibly not drugged one), then went back to the Yue's locked the chain and put the key on the bed and waited till morning until guests break the door and get in so they can they mix into their ranks. Little did culprit know that another person got hit with their drugged drinks and fell asleep right in the Dining Room because of darkness of night there. (unless they simply didn't notice to frame them) And that someone who is the culprit is none other than Hanaichigo!"

I feel like Detective Kunkun! Here's how Hina thinks it happened. The murderer was let into Yue's room by Yue himself. Yue was then knocked out, probobly by something like chloroform, and then bound in duct tape. I'm guesing that the guest rooms are fairly close to the ground so Yue was then dropped out of his window by the culprit. The culprit then locked the window and closed the latch to the door. They them forced it open to get out of the door, but since the door was broken down after Yue's death no one would be able to tell it was forced open beforehand. The killer put the remaining duct tape on the lock of door (since they couldn't use the key), closed the door, then pulled on the duct tape to lock the door (probably putting it in their pocket for later). That would leave the room completely locked. After that, they went outside to get Yue, and brought him an alternate way into the attic. That's where Yue was unbound (duct tap and key put by the crates) and killed instantly in the middle of the room (with the windows and doors locked before). Yue was dragged to the door and the killer must have waited somewhere in the attic until the door was broken down. Then, when everyone was checking out Yue's room, they left the attic without being suspected. I hope you can understand that...
Edit: A nice person told me that the guest rooms are actually on the second floor, so here's the change. The victim was lowered out of the window with more duct tape. This would help to account for the basketball sized duct tape wad. The killer would also have to have been pretty strong to do this and drag around Yue's body. So, I don't think I could've murdered Yue. Heehee, I think Kunkun would be proud of Hina.
