"I live in apartment 7-2, so sadly I do not know the residents of that building. I live in the building that was obviously framed to be the "real killer".

Ayame sighs and looks at her phone again, possibly checking text messages, seemingly out of suggestions at present.

Come on! This can't be all we can do! We can do more, but we need names! Lets work through this, all civilians have to attend trials, meaning if a civilian lives there they should be here. If they aren't here we can rule them as not a regular civilian of Avrak!

Ayame lets a small smile flit across her face, then blinks as she realizes she missed someone. "Oh! I forgot to ask you. Would you like a drink? Yuma, right?" She offers Yuma a drink.

*A tall and somewhat unfamiliar man rises. After clearly fearlessly taking a drink from the young lady despite everyone else's offering, he begins speaking.*
"So, this is this "soda," hmm? We did not have many drinks like these where I come from..."
*He clears his throat, and begins to speak again.*
"Some of you know me, some of you do not. My name is Viscount Masuno ng'Renovis. You may refer to me as Viscount, Sir Viscount, or Viscount ng'Renovis. I intend to prosecute this trial personally. However, I did not get much time to actually investigate. I will mention a couple of things that I did investigate.
"One, the water trail. I will confirm myself that the trail went through the male changing room, did not stop at any locker, and exited the building. Contrary to the singing waitress's beliefs, I will say that I do not believe the culprit was someone from Apartment 3-1. For one, if they were, they would have visited a locker, which, I may also note, you cannot see into without opening the lock itself, and hidden evidence in there, if there was evidence to be found. Also, they would have no reason to visit Apartment 3-2. Why, may you ask?
"The place of residence for the culprit is filled with many, many people. If the culprit wanted to frame someone, they should have just approached a door and simply returned on the same route. The trail would be unnoticeably larger, yes. But, many would think that that is just how much fell off when the culprit approached their door. Afterwards, the culprit could be free to dry off and get out free.
"So, I believe that the culprit does not live in Apartment 3-1, so it was likely someone who lived in Apartment 3-2. Now, I do not know many people who actually live in Apartment 3-2, but I do know one thing. That I live there... and that, though I am not one-hundred percent sure, City Advisor Keima Katsuragi lives there.
"Keima Katsuragi has been repeatedly reported as having committed crimes across the city, such as arson, terrorism, and inciting a riot. I will mention that I am also a victim of an assault by him, which I have witnesses to. I can also say that Keima Katsuragi is a very, very strong man, despite his looks. He could have easily killed the four police officers without the use of a weapon, which I will speak of soon. As for a motive for his assault? I may be a threat to him, as I recently have been pursuing a job as another city advisor.
"Now, another thing that I investigated. There are no weapons anywhere around the pool or the area in Apartment 3-1 that the culprit walked. I did not have enough time to go much further than the apartment, but I must say that there is no weapon that was used. In fact, if there were, there would be a lot more blood in the pool, and at the time, there was nothing.
"So, to conclude: I do, in fact, suspect Keima Katsuragi for committing this most heinous crime. I do not know what his motive may be, other than to start some more crazy events in the city.
"I call Keima Katsuragi to give an alibi and to tell us his actions during the day and time of the murder. As for myself, you may ask? I do not have a motive as well, in fact, I require myself to be on the good side of the police, so crime in total is not in my best interest. During the day, I did not have anything that needed accomplishing in the city, so I spent the day in my own home. That is all for now. Does anybody have any rebuttals to my statements here?"

I'm just going to say what's on everybody's minds so far. Where is city advisor Katsuragi? Is it not possible that he could have done this? He is no ordinary civilian, and I don't see him here either. He resided in apartment 3-2 as far as I know.

If he isn't hiding, he's most likely dead. That man made a pact with the devil, and I doubt anyone in the city is fond of him at the moment.

"Oh, you are the strange man that I met earlier.
I thank you for your investigation, I'm glad that hope has shined an answer at last. However, one thing greatly bothers me. You say you are on the side of hope, yet you were running around screaming about WORLD DOMINATION for quite a while. This makes your lack of motives a not likable alibi I'm afraid.
I, too, live in these apartments. My alibi is that I am SHSL Honesty, and would never lie.
I did not perform this murder.
It's extremely likely that the red herring was the apartment of 7-2, and that I was wrong on that part. You are correct about your information and investigation, and I'm proud to say that you seem correct in these.
I too have suspected Keima, since his news report seemed to be heavily framing other individuals I believe live in that apartment. He mentioned them beating up cops, as if trying to make it apparent they murdered them with the fisting.
I was not aware he lived in our apartment, however.
If anyone else besides us 3 live there, I hope we can figure out that now. As it stands, he is a prime suspect, but I would like to hear a better alibi or an explanation.

That's a bit of an issue. I actually don't live there, so why would his news report include me?
