Might as well open up by asking what actually happened to those four officers, for those who got to see it for themselves. All I know is that the culprit left the apartment afterwards.

I didn't get much time to look around. I walked in and saw a little bit and then saw the police drag the corpses off. Looks like they were drowned, at least from my perspective. Can't say I am any kind of doctor so wouldn't surprise me if I missed some other injury that would have killed them.

Mystio shows up in the courtroom, out of breath. She appears super tired, having been up all night investigating all she could.
Mystio looks around in awe at all the players in the courtroom. This was her first time learning who the other DICERs were, many of the faces looked unfamiliar to her.
"H-Hello everyone. My name is Hatsune Mystio.
I am a child who woke up with Amnesia almost a week ago. It's nice to meet you."
Mystio looks around again and takes her spot. She appears to be wearing very dirty and unwashed clothes, as if she hadn't changed in a couple days. Her clothes seem worn and ragged, as if she had been doing quite a bit of action. You can see many rubble and particles on her clothing.
She sighs and looks around.
So, today we are here to discuss the murder of 4 police offers. And apparently we have to get the murderer right from what I understand. I've found quite a bit of information myself, such as the CAUSE OF MURDER, TIME OF MURDER, and a huge hint towards the MURDERER'S PLACE OF RESIDENCE.

Well I also saw bruises on all the police officers actually. Concentrated on the head and chest specifically. I imagine someone knocked them out with some blunt object and proceeded to drown them while they were out cold. A cruel display in my opinion. I can't picture this as being anything but premeditated murder.
