...I never said I suspected you... I just said it was possible that you did it. Anyways, I have a question. About an hour before the body discovery announcement, where was Yasuhiro Hagakure? And, can someone back him up? I'd like his movements from an hour before to the time of the announcement, if possible.

Actually, I was sleeping in my room; and I didn't even come out until 7:20PM EST (IRL Time). But that means I don't have anyone's word to cover for me like last trial...

Weak Point: "But that means I don't have anyone's word to cover for me"Verbal Bullet - Hagakure's Locked Room Actually, you have the most credible of sources now. Me. When I was speaking with Sen in my room, I felt a chill. At that point, I took a look around the room, and checked the hall to see what might have caused it. All I saw was Mr. Hagakure here entering his room... And locking the door. I could tell that much with the almost empty hallway. However, when I went to look for Sen, Mr. Hagakure's door was still locked! Now that I know that he was asleep, he absolutely did not leave that room! And even if he didn't? Let me put it this way. An hour is not enough time for Yasuhiro to go, kill her, mop the tracks around, move the body, et cetera, et cetera, unless he had left right after he entered, which I highly doubt he did. And even if he did, I might have noticed his door locking again, too, or something of the sort, or caught him outside of his room. There you have it. Yasuhiro Hagakure is innocent! Now, Ms. Kirigiri, can you tell me what you did around the same time frame, and who all you may have seen moving around suspiciously? I know you were active at the time because at one point before I met with Sen, I went to eat, and saw you walking around, I think. That is another point to discuss. The half-empty fridge is likely mainly from the combined efforts of myself and Sen. That is all.

You must have been mistaken, Apollo, I did not leave my room for most of the day. Also, I must point out that your Verbal Bullet is a little flimsy. You mentioned that you noticed Hagakure enter his room before the murder, and when you were looking for Sen that Hagakure's room door was locked. However, in the time in between Hagakure could have left his room, committed the murder, and returned, since by the time you were out looking for Sen it is likely that she had already been killed. Although I do see this as an unlikely possibility, I will mention that simply because the room was locked before and after the murder does not mean Hagakure is 100% innocent.

Sure, but just less than an hour? I doubt he could have done it all in that frame and get back in time. Plus, shortly after the announcement, I definitely heard a door open in the hallway. Perhaps it was Mr. Hagakure? In any case, it's not impossible, by definition of the word... But at the level of complexity this is at, it is very, very improbable. Plus - and I am truly sorry about this - do you really think someone like him could make a plan like this? I just don't see it. And... Well, yeah, I must have mistaken. It was a short period of time about two-ish hours before the announcement. Are you sure you weren't out then? If you weren't, I'll need others to supply alibis.

[VERBAL BULLET: CULPRIT'S PREPARATIONS) This crime took not just a lot of planning, but a lot of set ups too! Namely, the blood scattered throughout the entire first floor, the plushies lying everywhere, and even the used drier! When I had gone to bed, none of that was there! Plus, there were a few people still up at the time! I would be running around the entire floor and dumping liquid everywhere if I'd left my room then! In the time it'd take me to set up absolutely everything, I'd be caught by the people running around. But Polly did say that this was done in less than an hour... Which means that stuff had to have been placed beforehand... But there's one thing that had to happen in the middle of the crime... [VERBAL BULLET: USED DRIER) This had to have happened in the middle of the crime! You see, there's only one object that I'd found that had a similar dryness and rank stench of paint as the rug found at the scene of the crime: the drier in the Laundry Room! Plus, you can't just ignore the fact that it was warm too! *In fact, when I found Sen's body, it wasn't hot or dry, meaning that Sen was not in the drier with the rug! This means that I would have to let the drier run its course, then use it on Sen afterward!* So in between throwing blood everywhere, the culprit had let a drier run with the rug, then move it with the victim on top! How can I do that in an hour starting from my room? But for that matter... how can anyone else...? Maybe it's time to think over a murder route (Along with what may have been already placed without being noticed)...? *[Words]* = Edited

If I recall correctly, the plushies must have been moved far beforehand. They did not have much blood on them, while, if they were in the room where Sen was killed, they would have had far more blood than they did. I don't have much else to say, but... That's a start.

Regarding the plushies, I find it strange that they were moved from where they originally were in Extra Room 10. Perhaps the culprit didn't want to get any blood on them and moved them beforehand... or perhaps they are simply trying to confuse us. Either way, moving the plushies would have taken quite a lot of time and effort. I admit there is no way Hagakure could have prepared everything in less than an hour. The culprit must have moved most of the items beforehand and executed their plan with everything already in place. That being said, I believe our best course of action is to check who spent a lot of time in the Dormitory and the Laundry Room, as those were the most concentrated areas of activity.

In that case, it's time to brainstorm... Knives are 2 weight each, so they had to be in place already... The plushies holding each knife were 1.5 weight each, so they had to be in place already... The rug, which was 2 weight, can be moved to a good location beforehand; but had to have been moved mid-murder for the drier... The drier was used on the rug itself; but the clothes with splotches of blood could be set up too if... If the blood was also available at the time... This is the tough part; but I did check the Kitchen for used red liquids. But I couldn't see that many were missing for what had to be used. Plus, when I looked at the trails in the Lounge and Assembly Room, while they intersected in some places, none looked like they had a greater concentration than another place in those rooms, as if the culprit moved non-stop... But the question is... is it really blood? Those trails couldn't be paint, because the scent of the red liquid in the drier and on the rug were completely different to the trails... But I've no idea where the perp would get all that liquid without raiding the entire Kitchen... unless it was from the victim; and that would make the crime even longer.

Let us think less on how it was done, and more on how it was done... Erp. Let me rephrase that. Let us focus less on how it was done, and focus on what was done during the murder. Instead of how the murderer did the individual improbable points. Yep. I'm sure you get the point now.

Well, I'm gonna stew on this for a while... But before I go, I want to bring up the burns around the slashed part of the neck, along with the cut bits of skin that were around the burn. A taser might've worked, sure; but I haven't seen any of those lying around. It'd still have to be something small like a taser though, since it burned only part of the neck... but I've no idea what else might've worked... What was used, and what was done with it should help with solving the murder route... *Sleeps on his stand*

Okay, I think we should discuss the most important point of this case. The blood trails around the first floor, the plushies with knives set in almost all rooms of the first floor. The fact that all of them were made in a period under around 1 hour. And finally, how so much blood could be made by just Sen. Lets combine all these together and see what we get:
1.The culprit was able to put trails of blood in almost every room around the first floor. Since I think anyone would notive a person that leaves blood trails behind them, I deduce that while blood trails were made. ONLY THE CULPRIT was on the first floor excluding personal rooms. Meaning, unless people stayed in the same rooms, no alibis can work during that period.
2.All in all, culprit would've had to carry knives and plushies in all rooms and since I think so little time was taken to finish the deed, I will assume that culprit needed to pass each room ONLY ONCE. This means that during his visits to each room, culprit must've had at least 1 Dog Plushie (1.5) and 1 Kitchen Knife (2), meaning that during each round he had to carry at least 3.5 weight. So unless the culprit used Dog Plushies and Kitchen Knives to make blood trails or had a way to carry more than 5w at the same time, the culprit had to make blood trails with something that weighted 1.5w or less.
3.The amount of blood in the room was just too much to be from only Sen. The culprit either had to use his own blood as well, or... The culprit has obtained and used blood from the victims of previous cases making this mean that preparations were already ongoing from even before the first trial making most alibis except of people being together for period of preparations before the deed not working. But, it may also sound ridiculous but there is another theory of culprit actually having a way to somehow increase the amount of blood in one way or another... (ooc:arcana)
4.All of the knives in the plushies had blood on them, so it should be correct to assume that all knives were used to stab Sen at least once. That means that blood trails were most definitely made AFTER Sen died. This also means that all knives were already present in the room when Sen was stabbed with them. The knives as well as plushies were present in the 10th Room where the initial murder occurred so culprit only needed to take both and maybe some tool to use to spread blood trails around the first floor. This explains why it took so little time, the culprit only needed to run forth to and from the room. Hagakure mentioned 10th Room having more blood than 8th so it means that Sen had to have been there for enough time to form a pool with her bleeding. A pile of plushies in the 8th Room is likely there to throw off our feeling of time and make it seem like it took much longer while they could've been brought there any time before the murder happened.
5.All the plushies were stabbed all the way through with knives, so they also must've acted as blood absorbers when culprit was stabbing Sen with them so as not to get hands too bloody. Also, clothes in the basket in the Laundry had blood on them so I assume they were used in one way or another not to get blood on the culprit's normal clothes. And just so you know, my clothes might be bloody a bit right now but until I started cleaning Sen's head, my clothes had no blood on them at all and you should've seen that too.
6.When Sen was stabbed, she was most certainly already tied to the chair with the duct tape. This means that culprit had to carry her along with the chair from 10th Room to 8th Room. I'm not exactly sure how culprit would carry both Chair that weights 4 and a Sen's body that should weight 4, but it might be that bleeding that much made Sen's body lighter as well as wet in blood rags under the chair made it slippery so it could just be pushed along the floor. If this way was used, rags under the chair would also not damage the floor and not leave any signs of it... But this is still a bit too much of the weight and I highly suspect that culprit was somehow able to go over the normal carry weight limit...
7.And the most important point. After checking few time markers in my memory, I remembered that some time after the approximate time of Sen's death written in Murder Report, when I was about to enter my room to rest for some time, there were only 2 people in the Dormitory. They were me and Togami. I am most sure Togami must've noticed me as well. Thus, taking the information of possible culprits listed by some of you already and using elimination method, I am deducing that the culprit of this case is most likely only either me or Togami Byakuya. And since I know that I am not a culprit better than anyone in here... The only possible person is...
Byakuya Togami! You are the culprit of this case!
And I'm not done yet! The Dog Plushie in 8th Room said "THIS MAKES TWO." and that means... That this is your second murder! Meaning you are also a culprit of the Shing's murder!

So you have the gall to accuse me in this case, but you are a poor liar. Fine then let me take apart your points one by one and turn this accusation around. 1. You claim that the culprit was the only person on the first floor, which makes some sense since anyone who stumbled on the blood trails would notice them, but if you returned to your room after the time of murder you should have seen them. So why didn't you discover the body? I was in my room at the time like Hagakure and like him I have no one to confirm my alibi. I am curious as to who can confirm your alibi Rin, since you were undoubtedly up so late? 2. How could the culprit only pass through each room once? I found three plushies in total with one the library, laundry room, and assembly room respectively. Last I checked you had to pass through the first floor hallway to reach any of these and the blood trails seem to go everywhere in that room. Even assuming the killer could carry everything in one go they still had to pass through that room a number of times. If anyone was awake at the time and set foot in that room while the killer was moving then they would have served as a wall preventing the culprit from returning through that room to finish whatever they were doing. Of course you were awake by your own admittance Rin, what were you doing if you never saw any blood trails? 3. How would somebody secure blood from the previous culprits. They were cleaned up after the first trial which would mean the blood was gathered before hand? I haven't found any bottle though so how in the world did they obtain and hold onto the blood? A way to increase blood? All I see are a bunch of droplet blood trails, why in the world would you need to have more blood? Then on the counterpoint that the victim used their own blood? Fine search me I don't have any wounds and nothing to hide. You have already proven an obsession with corpse yourself Rin. -looks pointedly at Sen's skull- 4. You claim the movement of items is smaller than it actually is. If you examined the rooms in detail most of the furniture that wasn't excessively large was misplaced. It appears that the culprit not only moved the plushies, they moved everything that they could to switch the rooms. I distinctly remember that I searched a nightstand in room 8, but said nightstand is now in room 10. Next, the culprit would have needed something to avoid the blood which means more preparation. This also means more to carry which makes the numbers game on item weights even harder. 5. The plushies worked as blood absorbers? Are you blind? There is a huge blood stain in Room 10 and going on the basis she was stabbed there then the plushies sure didn't work well. There is a HUGE supply of plushies, so why didn't the culprit use those to clean up the blood more, since the "blood absorbers" were so prevalent. The culprit undeniably had to get blood splatter on them, at least some especially while carrying around these bloody plushies we have mentioned. The laundry clothes that I went through seemed a little disheveled and has a little bit of blood on them, nothing to constitute them blocking a wave of blood.Besides, carrying those clothes affects the weight the person could carry and would have made moving around much more difficult. 6. Last I checked there were only two rags and a chair has 4 legs. Dragging that weight with legs directly on the ground would most likely have alerted everyone in the building. I agree with Hagakure(although I am still ignoring him for aliens) in that the rug was used to drag the victim along. Lets not forget that the culprit most likely had something to keep themselves clean of blood. If the victim already possessed all the injuries that we saw, stab and neck wounds, then even so much as touching the body would get you bloody. 7. Now then time to break the lie. The "approximate time of death" in the murder report. There is no time of death in the murder report, just the time the body was discovered. If you entered your room AFTER this time....It means you were outside your room and awake during the entire case, and yet you didn't discover the body? Why didn't the frantically searching Apollo see you? Why didn't Kaito kid see you?. The fact that you saw me then is a blatant lie, since I was asleep in my room. You snuck past the others and then claimed that you saw my glorious self in order to give yourself a scapegoat for your crimes. Everything from there works in your favor. You behead Sen in order to make an excuse if you have any blood on you that you may have missed. You accuse me on the pretense of you being a witness to my presence when neither of the two people who discovered the body saw either of us just makes this an even greater lie. Then lets get on to the main point shall we? Rin Kaenbyou! You are the culprit of this case! The dog plushie that says "THIS MAKES TWO" is merely a red herring so that you can accuse me of two crimes since I have no alibi for the first. Why would I, why would anyone in fact, imply that they had already committed murder? As such The "THIS MAKES TWO" message is a red herring and holds no impact on the culprit of this case, thus I have no idea who actually killed Shing!
