* Rin says while playing around with a skull in her hands.
Mr. Attorney, Yarizui is already dead. She can longer feel any pain or sadness at being disrespected. Same thing can happen to any of us at any time. This is what kind of place we are in right now... So if we don't have fun now, when exactly will we? After we die, in the afterlife? Rather than something boring like that, we currently have a trial at hand, please don't stray from the topic.

Who says she can't feel disrespect? Who says she's not watching over our actions the whole way? And who says that the disrespect hurts her anyways? What about us, those who knew her in living? Would you truly give us a constant reminder that our friend is dead, never to be seen by us until the day we die as well? Tell me, Rin Kaenbyou! How do you manage to hold the head of a human without remorse? How can you do something like that? How can you as well remove it from her body, as if you expected this to happen?

I know to little to actually say who but I believe Apollo may be correct in saying that the the kill was done in 10 and the body was moved chair an all via the carpet under the bed to 8. I confirmed much of the same fact that he posted during my limited investigation...all I know is I believe the mop was used to make the multiple trails as to throw off the investigation...something went down in the laundry room and that's all I got...
also the rags had to different stains bunch of small ones and one large one (shrug)...

I got no clue what to do with any kind of evidence so I just throw out some stuff I found during the investigation.
I managed to find some notes which seems to have been ripped from notebooks. All of them said the same thing.
“Day 1 – Shing Meteoryte died on this day. He suffered a fatal wound to the head. Death was apparently instantaneous. The culprit was found and executed.” “Day 2 – Sen Yarizui died on this day. She was stabbed multiple times before having her throat slit. Blood trails were everywhere. The culprit remained undiscovered.” “Day 3 – The Mastermind declared no murdering for this day and all was silent.”
They were placed on the dining room table, a washing machine, in the library and on a chair that had been moved to block an oven which had nothing specific in it.
Noticed that the soap in the laundry got red stains on it.
Also found a dog plushie with a knife in it. He also had his head resewn. I used a pair of scissors I found in the first floor hallway (which also had the word "Investigator" etchet into it) to cut up the head again to check if it might've been something there but it wasn't.
I searched the kitchen and couldn't find anything of interest except a drop of cherry jam on the countertop, I checked if maybe the bottle itself could've been used as a heavy weapon as I got no clue how much weight it got. I ended up finding it in the fridge half empty. Unfortunatly my time ran out so I forgot to check the weight of the bottle.
I also cleaned up the cherry jam on the countertop with my tongue. It was tasty~

* Rin hugs Sen's skull tightly...Then what..? Are you saying we must just leave the corpses where they are and by the end of trial watch them being cleaned completely to the point not a single drop of their blood is left and any belongings they had being returned to their places as if they never left there..? Are you saying we must let whoever is behind this remove any kind of proof that the victims even existed except for out memories..? But of course, there is no way you would want anything of her remaining... You want to just finish this trial and forget she ever lived to become easier... Since it was because you failed to protect her that she died in the first place. Tell me. Just how exactly are you better than me who is leaving a certain proof that Yarizui was alive with us until just few hours ago and is now dead, killed by one of us in this cruel game?

You're right. It is my fault that Sen's dead. I made a lapse in judgement, and I didn't go with her when I could protect her. It haunts me still, and will forever haunt me. I don't need a constant reminder of my crime... But my crime is only that I failed to prevent Sen's murder. Nothing else! I will remember her, and she will always live on in our hearts! As will everyone else! I know I don't have much of a base, but I'm hoping others might help. With the strength of others... With the strength of my friends, I will cut my way to the truth! Everyone! If you agree or disagree, tell me what you have to say! But at the moment, I think this: That skull is not a reminder of someone close to us... It's a trophy! Rin Kaenbyou! You are the murderer!

Let's not get sidetracked from deducing the culprit's true identity, shall we? From what I can tell, this murder was extremely premediated. The culprit went as far as leaving blood trails through all the rooms. I also have reason to believe the culprit was specifically targeting Sen Yarizui as well. If you look at the note Hinode presented, you will see that Sen's cause of death in the note matches this murder exactly. This leads me to believe that the culprit read the note and tried to copy its contents. Seeing how the first prediction of the note came true, the culprit must be hoping not to get caught due to the second prediction. I must say, it's quite a bold move for the culprit to do this. On what basis did they believe these predictions to be true I wonder?

* Rin smiles. What, are you so angry at what I said that you decided to give up on finding the culprit and just accuse me with a baseless theory? Chopping off Sen's head is an action that anyone could've done and bringing it to the trial will most certainly make one more suspicious. Of course, that could also be exactly why culprit would do it in order to make them seem less suspicious. But ultimately chance of both is about 50%. Thus it is stupid to even think that a culprit that made so many preparations not to be found will decide to attempt such a clear gamble. Come on, where did that "I will cut my way to the truth" go? Mr. Attorney, are you even trying?

Oh please forgive my pet Orin. She just has a thing for dead corpses particularly human skulls. I apologize if she's making you all feel uncomfortable and I send my condolences to our dearly departed friend. Anyway. I see your accusing Orin as the murderer for simply cutting off Sen's head Mr. Justice. Now I understand that your angry because you feel that Sen's corpse has been disrespected but just because Orin's actions were inappropriate doesn't necessarily make her a murderer. I mean. Do you have any sort of proof that Orin could have been the murderer? Also. Aren't you supposed to be a defense attorney? I mean. You supposed to seek the truth and not let emotions affect your judgement am I right?

...You're right, Kyouko. Let me list off everyone who could have done it, real fast. Rin Kaenbyou, who I suspect, Satori Komeji, who I suspect some less, Yasuhiro Hagakure, you, Kyouko Kirigiri, Byakuya Togami, Makoto Naegi, Akio Yoshida, Inami Mahiru... And, sorry, but tell me, what kind of name is True Hero? That's a total of nine. I think Inazuma, as Yasuhiro said, appeared too late to murder her as well. After all, I think she said she found that note during her investigation. That's a total of nine. Now, let's narrow it down. ...And I have a number of reasons to suspect "Orin," but her actions... Actually, that's most of it. I need a little more to go off of. Just a little. And she's just a suspect. I never said she was definitely... Wait, I kinda did. Well, I did say that's what I "think." I didn't say it was the absolute truth.

Right, Inazuma cannot be the culprit simply because she did not know about the note until today. The time frame for this murder is also relatively narrow, due to Apollo's claims of Sen being in his room at the time. I believe the culprit must have committed the murder when very few people were awake and moving around, simply because of how many rooms have blood trails in them. Being discovered when trailing blood through rooms would not end well for the culprit. If we assume that this is true, there must have been many people who were asleep at the time. Furthermore, the culprit must have been fairly active themselves to set up everything for this murder. The number of different items the culprit had to acquire in order to pull this off is very large. This means we can eliminate many of those who were inactive or did not move much. Thus I believe Inami Mahiru, Akio Yoshida, Makoto Naegi, and Hero to be innocent. With this our suspect list has been narrowed down quite a bit. Around four people is a reasonable number to suspect for this murder.

So guys, I got through exploring what I could and sorted what I've found. Of course, I couldn't search every room; but here's a few things to get us started... Firstly... There was a disgusting amount of blood. I'd searched everywhere except a bunch of the rooms in the Dorms. I'd found blood in the F1 Hall, Lounge, Assembly Room, Library, Laundry Room, Dorms, Extra Room 8, and Extra Room 10 (which had more blood than Extra Room 8). The Lounge, Dorms, and Assembly Room had several trails in them too. There were even bloody clothes mixed in with other ones in the Laundry Room's basket! But the weird thing is that I couldn't find blood in the second floor! ... And on that note, lights were out up there in the main hall and the Supply Room. Sadly, I couldn't check out any other Extra Room except 1 and 6, which didn't have blood. Also, I took the liberty of going through some of your rooms; and found no blood going deep into them. I checked Rinny's, Naegs', Togs', Sats', Aki's, and Hero's rooms; no blood. Secondly... There were plushies in a lot of rooms... The Assembly Room, Lounge, Library, Laundry Room, Extra Room 8; and even the Dorms from before. But the weird thing is... all of them had knives from the Kitchen (which was missing all of its knives) and blood except the ones in Extra Room 8; and one in there actually had a message saying something like "THIS MAKES TWO." Creepy... Thirdly, the rug in Extra room 8 just reeked of paint... In fact, the top had two layers of stains! The top layer was wet, while the bottom layer was dry, and the top layer was also in a few spots and not just bunched up. But the bottom had... wedge-shaped... s-s-skin piiiiiiieces... *Holding back vomit* B-but no blood down there though... And it was the same weight as a rug that was missing from the Bedroom--2 Weight. And speaking of paint, there was this awful odor coming from a warm drier... It looked like there was paint in there too. But going back to the skin, together they fit the neck's wound, where it was burnt like Rinny said. I'll see if I can remember anything else; but here's what I got so far...

So, the five left are Rin Kaenbyou, Satori Komeji, Kyouko Kirigiri, Yasuhiro Hagakure, and Byakuya Togami. I don't think Kyouko, Yasuhiro, or Byakuya did it, but honestly, I won't defend them until I am 100% sure that they are innocent. Kyouko, maybe you have some evidence or testimony to prove your innocence? Or maybe someone else's?

So it has come down to this... Very well then, for the sake of eliminating the doubt surrounding me, I will say this. VERBAL BULLET - I AM NOT THE CULPRIT I am not the culprit, it is as simple as that.
