And yet, who is to say I don't have proof? Also, who is to say that Kaito was knocked out at all? Who is to say Kaito got the note telling him about his spade? Tell me, who is to say he lost it in the first place? I found a gardening trowel in one of the rooms. It is much smaller than a spade, I do think, and I believe it had about 2 or 2.5 points of weight. That said, I'd estimate a spade at about 3.5 or 4 points of weight. Also where did that note come from? The one that says Shing Meteoryte dies from a blunt blow to the head? It's very possible that it came from the Book of Fate... The very book that Kaito Kid stole and never returned. As for motive? I can certainly think of one. Or a few. Assume that the coconut killed Shing, and that Kaito Kid got the note. He would want his precious tool back, yes? So the one who meets him at that time... Of course he would suspect. Oh, and, yes, I can confirm that the rope weighted a total of 2 weight, but I find it hard to believe that just the two could kill. Why? Well, some of the weight would still be up in the air at the time. It's certainly logical that just those two didn't do it. Maybe something else was added, if the trap did go off? You know, like a spade. Also, there's something I would like to bring up... Earlier, when I left my locked room to go fix up the kitchen, I left all of my stuff, with the idea it was safe. Let's refer to the rules. No picking locks nor breaking in. So, how did a pen I had and a sticky note I had picked up get stolen? Let me tell you... Magic! And with that power, who is to say that it is not only possible, but likely that he did it? His magic would make it easy to avoid bloodying himself. That's why only Siren, murderer of Chairy, needed to change. I am absolutely sure I haven't covered a lot. Ask me any questions and I will answer, guaranteed. I think only a master of illusions could have done it this way. So again, feel free to ask anything, and I will answer.

-Togami yells from the other side of the room where he is attempting to control himself-
MAGIC! HE IS A THIEF! TELL ME WHAT ONE ILLUSION SPELL HE HAS THAT WOULD ACCOMPLISH ROBBERY AND A MURDER WITH HIM REMAINING CLEAN!
Your argument is as unsound as Kaito's. While your argument that he has the book of fate is interesting I do believe the mastermind made a threat. "The Book of Fate shall be returned immediately to the Assembly Room or the one who holds it shall be punished." At that point I can imagine Kaito would abandon the book and cease being "the one who holds it." Kaito has a reason to abandon the book and thus it is very plausible that someone else got their mitts on the book.

Who's to say he didn't abuse a loophole in the "Mastermind's" logic and abandon the book in a place where he has full control of it? Let's see... Kaito Kid, where did you put the book after the Mastermind's threats?

Okay, so, I learned the trial will end soon. Let me put in one last theory as an option to vote for, with the other theory by Rin. 1. The Culprits: Kaito Kid and Siren Sings 2. Victims: Shing Meteoryte and Chairy Potter, respectively 3. Murder Weapons: Coconut, Spade, and perhaps Knife for Shing. Lamp and Scissors or another knife for Chairy. 4. Path: Kaito: Lounge -> Hallway -> His room, Siren: Dorm hallway -> Laundry Room -> Her room 5. I'll start with Siren because her murder is simple. She knocked to lure out Chairy with the lamp, knocked him over the head with the lamp, then cut his throat. She then went to the laundry room, found she couldn't wash her clothes, then ran off with a change to player room 1. Kaito most likely lured Shing to the blackened Lounge, knocked him over the head with the spade, bashed his head in with the coconut, then stabbed him, all carefully or magically so as to not get bloodied. The first blow happened as Shing sat on the couch. Then he was knocked to the floor soon after. He then pulled the body to the Hallway, perhaps by rope or something, and then escaped to his room. This would explain why Siren didn't have the rope. He then planted the spade so as to not be suspected, somewhere else. After all, he was "missing" it. That is all from me. Vote on either theory as you will. Either way, Siren killed Chairy. That's all we can be sure of.

Debate is closed, voting will now begin.
Please send your vote in the form of a pm to me on Skype. You may vote for up to 2 different people, and you may only change your vote once. Once a clear majority has been decided or every player has voted, a conclusion will be posted.
