I will admit that trying to manage an indefinite amount of power is quite taxing though.

I think there's a lie in one of your statements, Aeturnus. You stated earlier that you had an infinite supply of energy, but it doesn't seem like that is the case. The computer monitor in the Room of Doubles reads "Energy output inadequate." Whatever you intend on doing, you still don't have enough energy for it. This brings me back to the case of your seemingly sacrificial statements. You don't have enough energy for whatever you're planning on doing, whether it's becoming master of time, or saving the human race. So you want to create another blood weapon as strong as yours so one of us can succeed you. The combination of the 2 blood weapons would be much more powerful, and could solve the problem of inadequate energy for whatever your plan is. That is why your statements imply that you want one of us to kill you. To create another energy source in order to power your plan.

You raise a valid objection Nue, however I want you to answer this question and then rethink your objection. What is the purpose of this tower and all its contents? What does "Energy Output Inadequate" mean?

You're a little off with your statement there, Nue.
Light: “So how is everything going over there in the dark?”
Nyx: “Not good, we are not generating near the kind of energy output that we need. We are putting in way more energy than we are getting out.”
Light: “Alright, I still don’t understand by the boss wants us to continue this research of his.”
Nyx: “Hard to justify since he has already discovered the greatest source of energy imaginable. Well I guess he is just dreaming a little bit bigger than us.”
According to this message, we can safely assume that each one of those rooms were even more projects researching ways to obtain/generate more energy - or in this case, Aeturnums.
But if Aeturnus already had a "Bottomless energy source" like he himself mentioned, what would be the point in this research?
This leads us back to this:
The reason is because even with his supposed endless energy, it still isn't enough to reach his goal. He then proceeds to look for ways to obtain more energy, but every project results in a dead-end and he is left with only one option.
To forge another Eternity.
This tower is nothing but one of the many tools Aeturnus has in order to further along both his research and his goals.

What the homicidal robot said seems to be accurate. But I have to wonder if the Asshole's true goal is really to 'forge an Eternity'. The worse-case scenario seems to imply that the intention this man has is to divert a catastrophic. And since it would seem as though the gears in the tower activated it, it seems as though it's likely a side effect of his experiments/plan.

Alright, I've got it now. Your original plan, Aeturnus, was to save the human race. To do this, you needed an energy source which was infinite, and you found a sufficient energy source in the Aeturnums found in blood. With this, you could create an energy source that could satisfy humanity. However, when you made the blood weapons that were intended the control the Aeturnums, none were powerful enough to give the energy output you required, except for perhaps your own. This brings me to the tower we're trapped in. The tower's purpose is to provide energy to the rest of the human race. Your purpose hasn't deviated from what you planned eight hundred years ago, and you still haven't achieved enough control over Aeturnums to generate enough energy to satisfy the human race's consumption. That book you wrote states, "A great researcher by the name of Aeturnus arose from the ranks of his fellows to solve the problem that his own people had created.” followed by "But alas, his plan failed. Unable to create something of even greater _________ than __________." This implies that you did not succeed in saving the human race all those years ago, and that you need to establish more control over Aeturnums to do so. And in order to achieve this control, you invited all of us here to forge a second blood weapon that would have an equal power to yours.

Don't Get Entrenched in the Darkness!I like all of your theories, but you still fail to touch on the most vital of points and make several crucial errors.
First and foremost is our dear cyborg Raiden. How is an infinite supply of something not enough? There is no value greater than an infinite one because that is the very definition of infinite and how could I get a greater than infinite amount of energy? You are correct in your statement that this tower is intended for research purposes. You then follow this brilliant deduction with the statement "Forge an Eternity." Pray tell what exactly you think this eternity is, I thought eternity was a concept and not a thing that could be molded or created.
I raise the same objection to your statement Seija, what are you referring to when you say Eternity?
And lastly to you Nue, you are making a flawed assumption that the problem that I faced 800 years ago is the same as the one I face now. The middle of that crimson book was soaked in blood yes? So how do you know that my "failed" plan was the same plan to solve the energy crisis? Your assumption that the order of the text implies the connection is not satisfactory in answering this question.

I think this has dragged on long enough.
The experiments conducted in the tower leaned heavily towards creating an extremely high level of energy output and somehow replicating a blood weapon on the same level as yours, Aeturnus.
The Immortal Project then implies that you were attempting to turn objects into an non-aging state. Taking this further, you yourself are currently in an immortal state, as you previously stated. This is very likely attributed to the state of your blood weapon, as it can somehow control an infinite amount of energy as well as time and space.
If the effects of the mutation occurring in one's blood weapon results in that person turning immortal, then replicating that blood weapon would mean another person becoming immortal.
Why would you want to replicate the weapon then?
Somehow, you yourself are reaching a limit. And since you are the key to controlling the infinite supply of energy in the Aeturnums, if you die then the human race would be doomed again. For this you need a successor, thus you must forge a second blood weapon.

Nue... Your reasoning is sound and everything leading up to your final statement is exactly the case. The experiments carried out in this tower were indeed to continue my old research into finding an alternate energy source. Back then I did not stand against any beast, man, or machine. I fought a war against time itself and raced to find a solution before the clock ticked out. Have you realized the greater implications of the riddle to the Room of Noon? Funny thing with that riddle was that it applied to all of you and how you came to stand before that room. It even applied to the man whom owned that room, myself. My journey to where we stand now was the answer to that riddle. The research into that energy was to continue finding new ways to supply power to the world should this new power of blood and Aeturnums prove to be limited although later they continued for the same purpose with a slightly different reason. As to why I seek to replicate my weapon... That is a secret known only to myself and those who I trust the most. In order to share it with you I will describe a different situation. A town without water, whose wells have gone dry and every day is a attempt to live on less. Some people in the village set out to find a new source of water. Some find nothing, some find temporary solutions, one finds something interesting. That one finds a floodgate holding back a river and realizes if his people draw from the river they will never have to fear lacking water. The man realizes how much water is behind the floodgates and knows should they open all the way then the town will be washed away by that which they desire. He opens it only slightly and holds it open to enough water passes by to help the town, but finds himself unable to leave his post or push the floodgates closed. He is doomed to stand their and hold up the gates unless someone else can help him. Having too little of something is bad, but having too much can be just as bad if not worse. That gash you see in the sky above us... is my floodgate. Aeturnums served as a connection and through them I found this bottomless source. Originally I served as the sluice gate for the energy without realizing the implications. I had an incredible amount of energy flowing through me, both knowingly and unknowingly. I stood in the fires of the forge and did not realize until they had molded me into something else. My blood weapon had changed and time itself no longer had any effect on me. During the events in the tower I believe you saw a message on the computers that mentioned something called the FoE. Can you tell me what is the name of this event of which you are taking part? What is the FoE? On second thought some of your companions have the gist of it. FoE stands for the "Forging of Eternity." Now I shall pose to you the same question I posed to your companions. What are we forging here? What does Eternity refer too?

Given all that you've said, I think the answer to that question is relatively straightforward. The Eternity you are trying to forge is a permanent solution to the problem with the Aeturnums. The purpose of the second weapon is to act as a buffer to your own weapon in order to assist with controlling the flow of Aeturnums from their source. With both blood weapons controlling the flow of Aeturnums, and having both reach an immortal state, then the human race would have a perfectly controlled, endless supply of energy. You could even proceed from there by closing the floodgates after an alternate energy solution has been developed. But right now, controlling the Aeturnums is the more immediate threat since you don't know when you'll reach your limit.

On another note, it's somewhat disappointing that you only managed to become immortal through an accident. And Emna had such high hopes for this game when he heard people could resurrect indefinitely within this tower. Well, given that you failed in replicating his immortal weapons, I guess it's only fair that he suffers the same disappointment. -Nue snickers to herself-

Oh dear, lets not get on our high seat yet little Nue. I do not seek something such as infinite life, but rather something that endures time. I seek that which is Eternal, not Immortal. Someone obsessed with life and death is a fool. I do hope to never meet this Emna lest I wipe him off the face of this earth for the sake of silencing such stupidity. I conceded on your previous theory Nue, but you have not realized everything going on here. You can't even realize the truth of my own blood weapon and you proclaim to know so much. Tread carefully, before I induce some stress for the forging by cutting off several limbs. I can always put them back on later.

I wouldn't mind killing Emna myself. He sends his immortal servant to kidnap me, then forces me to join this game on some wild goose chase after a rumor about resurrection. I hope he dies a painful death.
Back on topic, I've only stated what I believed to be true based on what you just said. After giving us all that information, you expect us not to try and make grasps at the truth?
As for your blood weapon... based on what you've said, it's undergone some changes due to being exposed to so much energy. I believe Seija also found something interesting in that tower. A hand made from gears of blood.
From what I understand, you put a drop of blood in all of our blood weapons in order for them to synchronize and mutate like yours. I found a bottle of liquid that seems very similar to the properties of your blood. After a poured some on my blood weapon, I could feel a power that I already had, meaning that the bottle contained your blood inside.
Furthermore, after pouring that blood on another blood weapon, and touching that weapon to the gear hand, the hand absorbed the power. However, the hand didn't turn purple like the normal blood weapons did. This means that your blood weapon is connected to the hand somehow, since it absorbed the power of your blood, but didn't have the same reaction as the normal blood weapons did.
With this, I can assume that the blood gears are somehow connected to your blood weapon. I'd like to say that your blood weapon is humanoid, due to the gears being found in hand form, but I'll have to verify the extent of the connection of the gears first.

Yes, the blood will react to anything that already has my blood's power flowing through it. I do believe you read the Blood Body Project Report? My weapon is the only one capable of fully controlling the blood gears at this moment in time. I have all the gears I need to build any kind of structure to house my weapon, be it humanoid or otherwise. None of you ever found the heart of the machine though. On a side note have you realized the meaning of the letters EW?
