I like your thought process there, Nagato, but that was immediately the first thing I was worrying about and I can't find any evidence of anesthetic being used here other than the bloodshot eyes, and those could be caused by suffocation, or alternatively drowning. The latter was confirmed to be one of the causes of death. If we could just find a puncture wound, that would clear things up immediately, but with Sakuya covered in all that blood, it's a tad bit difficult to check. I'll go try and clean it off now so we can clear that up, though.
Still, it does bother me. She had every capability of defending herself with all those knives, so I feel like she had to have been hit with something. Perhaps the brand new bottle was planted in laboratory 124 to mislead us?

But the body wasn't recently killed. I thought jj checked the body and found that she was dead recently? But due to a thing I can't remember what it's called the body needed to be dead for at least an hour, maybe two. |

I went to Gym afterwards where I found two more corpses and saw you again there though, maybe you just not noticed me in the Right Wing? That was right before body announcement btw."

There's a completely brand new, full bottle of anesthetic over in laboratory 124 in the future timeline. What bothers me is that it was completely missing in the present timeline from the first point I stepped into the Nurse's Office in the present. I found a syringe full of anesthetic beside it and I have it right here, so that means the bottle shouldn't be full, yet it is.
Why?
