Wasn't Sakuya's corpse found on top of the cart, as per the murder report? But the boards were on top. I originally went to see if the nails had caused the wounds but they were too small. |

A third person had to see the body. I can't see how it couldn't be the killer, because both Ven and Kanji had to remove the boards to discover the body.
So maybe the killer dragged the cart over to the pool, drowned Sakuya, put her on the cart, nailed her body on top of it, and threw the cart into the pool.
