In this district, you see that the lighthouses here are all hovering above charging ports built into the ground, and large cables and wires cover the ground leading in every direction. The buildings here are all covered in lights, and you see signs indicating that most of the buildings in this district are power plants that provide power to every building on the floor. Most power plants are protected with extremely thick barriers, but one seems to be open for the public to enter. There are streets leading towards the next district, but all of them have been blocked off by lighthouse barriers, and you see many lighthouse sentries and observers watching closely for trespassers.
