This district has been separated into many subsections divided by transparent lighthouse barriers. Within each barrier, an extremely intricate virtual environment has been created to perfectly mimic the climate conditions and atmosphere of various locations and seasons. Cafes have been built to complement each climate controlled area, hot drinks for winter areas, cool drinks for summer areas, et cetera. There are streets leading towards the previous district, but all of them have been blocked off by lighthouse barriers, and you see many lighthouse sentries and observers watching closely for trespassers.
