On the third floor, there are metal beams running across the atrium. Strobe lights hang from them, most pointed toward the second floor landing. There are lights of various sizes, with filters which could change their shade. A disco ball hangs around with others laying on a table. Spare parts sit on other tables along with the tools to work on them. Most of the unused furniture leans against the walls and in the corner are a few decrepit fog machines. An electrical panel across from the stairway controls the operation, with a view of the floors below. Bundles of wires connect the lights and other machinery to the panel.
