The second floor gives a clear view over the trees outside, or at least it would if the fog was not obscuring everything. It had a similar setup to the first floor, but the tables and benches have all been pushed toward the sides. Unplugged vending machines are hidden behind the furniture. Where the tables had been, large fans now occupy. They point toward the atrium, aimed down at the first floor. Their cords present quite a hazard for those crossing as they coil around on the floor and weave their way past the furniture in search of power outlets on the wall. Meal tickets had been scattered here as well, although in lesser quantity. Instruments had been discarded on the landing of the second floor.
If turned on, the fans will push everything toward the center of the cafeteria (15 power knockback) and blow items out of the hands of those who have a weak grip (5 power disarm). Tickets blown up will blind those on the first and second floors (10 power blind).
