『Don't we all love cards? Especially not just ordinary playing cards, but those magical cards that give their wielder special powers. What? You never heard of them? Then let me teach you about the magical cards.』

『In our casino we handle 2 major types of cards:』
『Power Cards - these cards empower their owner with special effects that are activated as long as owner holds on to a card. These could range from allowing owner to have nightsight to other useful abilities in daily life.』
『Mechanic Cards - these are powerful cards that bend even the laws, mechanics so to speak of whole world. The laws they could bend could be anything, from changing the flow of time to pretty much anything you could imagine and more.』

『Within this casino, we allow our gamblers to possess these cards under 3 rules: 1.When in obsession of cards, you must only keep them in the card holder provided by our casino. 2.Each card has a cost value to it, card holder can only hold cards up to total cost of 10. 3.There will is a limit of up to 1 Mechanic Card affecting same law being active at same time in order to prevent lots of complicated world-breaking issues.』

『At the start of the game, players will all receive a single random card depending on their initial roll when entering the casino. A sort of consolation prize for ending up here and this place and an encouragement to try harder. But of course, the card you draw is fully dependent on your luck, so you might end up with a card you find worthless to your play style. But never fret, for we have a Card Exchange Service. If you don't like your card, you can deposit it to Card Exchange Service, then you can get 1 another card that other player that didn't like theirs deposited. Card Exchange Service window is located in the Large Entrance Plaza all players start in.』

『All the cards currently in play will be displayed on the bulletin board near Card Exchange Service window. The new cards added into play will be added within an hour or two (def added at start of each investigation if I forget), while cards used and gone cards will only be reflected on the board after end of each trial.』


『Our casino also has it's own workshop for making these cards, so if you have interesting ideas or custom orders, you are greatly encouraged to suggest more card ideas.』

Wish granted. I don't have all of them, but here are the ones I know and the little I do know about the ones I don't.

0 - The Fool:
- Earned by leading a trial to a completely incorrect conclusion
- The Fool can present a theory to the mastermind and the mastermind will tell them what percentage of the theory is correct
- The mastermind will not specify what parts are correct or incorrect.

1 - The Magician:
- You are no longer required to make movement posts
- You can teleport from any room to any other room, even if the target location is sealed by lock, barrier, or etc.

2 - The High Priestess
- I don't quite remember this one. I think it allowed the holder to revive other players.

3 - The Empress
- Earned with the Emperor
- Had to do with commanding players. Unsure how it worked exactly

4 - The Emperor
- Earned with the Empress
- Had to do with commanding players. Unsure how it worked exactly

5 - The Hierophant
- You can speak with the dead players whenever you like!
- Knowledge they share with you is IC and can be brought into debates.

6 - The Lovers
- Upon earning, declare your Lover.
- When either Lover perishes, the other may sacrifice their life in the others place in order to save them.

7 - The Chariot
- You know all the Arcanas in play, but not who has them
- Once every two days, you may target a player with the chariot. That player has their Arcana permanently destroyed and removed.
- The Chariot is fired globally and can even be fired upon the living while the chariot user is dead.

8 - Strength
- The holder of strength cannot be killed by any 1 person. At least two people must attempt to kill Strength together to kill them.
- Strength can kill two people in the same room with them as if they were only killing one.

9 - The Hermit
- You can investigate/examine things remotely

10 - Wheel of Fortune
- You can rewind time. No, Really.
- The user can revert the game state back an undetermined amount of time. This will prevent murders in that period and reverse actions.
- Also causes strange magical shenanigans. S2 after its use a doorway was sealed by a massive iron door.

11 - Justice
- Justice knows whenever someone lies
- If someone is accused of being Justice, a Justice trial occurs. If Justice is voted for by majority they are executed.
- Otherwise, the true Justice may instantly execute someone who voted them guilty

12 - The Hanged Man
- Upon earning the Hanged Man, declare a partner
- Upon death, the Hanged Man's chosen partner is alerted that the Hanged man is dying. If the partner can locate the Hanged man within a time limit, the Hanged man is saved.
- The hanged man can be saved from ANYTHING. Even if their body is stabbed, burnt, exploded, hanged, drowned, or all of the above. The Hanged man will get "saved."
- The Hanged Man gets a different perspective while investigating. Essentially they get the masterminds notes copy pasta instead of a watered down response.

13 - Death
- When someone earns Death, everyone is alerted to that fact.
- Anyone who wants to kill Death must alert Death to the fact in advance.
- If someone alerts Death of their murderous intent and fail to follow through in three days then the someone dies.
- Death must also alert their victims for murder and are subject to the same constraints.

14 - Temperance
- Temperance has the restrictions on the use of Paranoia to defend oneself reduced.
- Paranoia allowed one to declare someone to be paranoid against. While in Paranoia you would survive any murder scheme from the declared person.
- If Paranoia was used excessively and did not successfully stop anything, user goes crazy(essentially death).

15 - The Devil
- RIP Memory
- This had to do with framing and trials I think, but I cant remember.

16 - The Tower
- The Tower is alerted whenever a major event occurs as well as the parties involved.
- This includes but is not limited too, murder, earning an arcana, and fights.

17 - The Star
- The Star is told where all secret passageways are.

18 - The Moon
- The Moon globally knows if and who is in or using a secret passageway.
- The Moon can see in the dark

19 - The Sun
- The Sun can reveal all the secret passageways.
- Reveals passageway occupants similar to the Moon, but everyone knows.

20 - Judgement
- Judgement Revives once after death
- After dying, a ghost appears for the Judgement user, allowing them to vote in trial with the ghost UNTIL THEY GET THE CULPRIT WRONG.
- After a short period of time after death, the real body is revived. This means Judgement will have two votes in trial.

21 - The World
- Plot Arcana
- Essentially God Mode.

0 - The Fool - Cost: 6
- Allows player to present a theory to Casino Owner, if the theory is 100% correct, Owner will say its correct, if even one part of it is incorrect, Owner will say it is not, without specifying what parts are correct or not.
- The conversation about theory is conducted privately with Casino Owner, and while The Fool's owner can reveal of it's possession in red truth, they can only report that their theory is 100% correct in purple truth.
- If the card isn't in play, it can be earned by non-guilty player leading a trial to a wrong conclusion.

I - The Magician - Cost: 10
- Owner is no longer required to make movement posts.
- Owner can teleport from any room to any other room, even if the target location is sealed by lock, barrier, or etc.
- Owner can be voted down in trial indirectly by a Magician Theory. Magician Theory doesn't need to have Magician's name, you only have to make a theory about Magician being the culprit.
- The Magician card is lost if owner is voted down by a Magician Theory in a trial over murder they committed.

II - The High Priestess - Cost: 5
- Owner of the card attains some kind of intuitive enlightenment and understanding, allowing them to do better in actions that player normally shouldn't know how to do exactly and making luck check easier if not gone at all.

III - The Empress - Cost: 5
- Can only be obtained by female player normally.
- Allows player to heal any non-fatal injuries, the healing progress requires owner to focus on it preventing them from doing other actions.
- Killing owner of The Emperor and taking it's card for yourself will combine both cards and make .............
- The identity of owner of The Emperor will be revealed to owner of The Empress.

IV - The Emperor - Cost: 5
- Can only be obtained by male player normally.
- Allows the player to order bunny-girls around to certain extend. Some bunny-girls may reject or accept orders depending on their character. 
- Killing owner of The Empress and taking it's card for yourself will combine both cards and make .............
- The identity of owner of The Empress will be revealed to owner of The Emperor.

V - The Hierophant - Cost: 3
- Allows owner to speak with the dead including current victim of the trial and use information gained IC.
- During trial, owner can reveal themselves as Hierophant owner using red truth, but can only share information gained using purple truth.

VI - The Lovers - Cost: 4
- Upon earning, declare another player as a Lover. This will split the card into 2 Lovers cards of Cost 2, each appearing in card holder of each Lover.
- When either Lover is about to perish, the other may switch place with them in order to save them. This applies before death so any other savior type card effects can be applied afterwards.

VII - The Chariot - Cost: 5
- Allows player to call Casino Taxi - a small car with black glass windows to carry player and/or any object of their choice to any room in casino of their choice.
- Has a cooldown of 1 hour.

VIII - Strength - Cost: 5
- Allows to pick up and carry around Extra Large Items that normally can only be dragged, as well as push around objects that normally can't be moved at all alone.
- Carrying Extra Large Items still requires both hands to be free and carrying no other Large/Medium items.

IX - The Hermit - Cost: 5
- Allows player to examine/investigate things remotely. Can only view one room remotely.
- Player doing remote viewing can't see the room they are in and their surroundings.

X- Wheel of Fortune - Cost: ?

XI - Justice - Cost: 6
- Allows to do a Lie Check with 3 purple truths during a single trial. If owner finds a lie, they can call themselves out being the owner of Justice with red truth, but can only point out the lie itself using purple truth.
- Pointing out a lie like that turns trial into Justice Trial where only theories using pointed out liar as culprit or accomplice, or theories about using Justice owner as culprit or accomplice will be accepted.
- If Justice Owner gets executed during any trial, they lose Justice card.

XII - The Hanged Man - Cost: ?

XIII - Death - Cost: 5
- When a player earns Death, everyone is alerted of them.
- Anyone who wants to kill Death must alert Death to the fact in advance at least 20 minutes before murder.
- If someone alerts Death of their murderous intent and fail to follow through in three days then the someone dies.
- Murdering Death without prior to 20 minutes after alert or without alerting them at all, will bring unfortunate consequences.
- Death must also alert their victims for murder and are subject to the same constraints.

XIV - Temperance - Cost: ?

XV - The Devil - Cost: 1
- Allows owner to erase any 1 colored truth that appeared in trial arena. Effect changes depending on type of truth erased and announced upon use.
- Can only be used once every trial. (refreshes use when trial ends)

XVI - The Tower - Cost: 3
- Allows player to know whenever an important event occurs.
- This includes but is not limited to: murder, players obtaining cards, fights.

XVII - The Star - Cost: 2
- Allows player to see all the secret passageways.

XVIII - The Moon - Cost: 3
- Allows to know if and who is currently hiding on the map.
- Allows owner to also can see in the dark.

XIX - The Sun - Cost: 5
- Arcana cards don't work in the same room as owner of The Sun. Owner is excluded from it's effects.

XX - Judgement - Cost: ?

XXI - The World - Cost: 8
- Allows to activate any inactive Mechanic Cards or deactivate any currently active Mechanic Cards.
- Can only be used once every trial. (refreshes use when trial ends)
- Cannot be deposited in a used state. (can still be thrown out)

Detective Power Card - Cost: 6
- Use up the card to obtain Detective Privilege until end of 1 trial.
- Unable to be used if player is a culprit of current or any previous unsolved murders.
While active:
- Allows the use of "I am Detective", "Detective can't be culprit." and "I am not culprit." red truths.
- Allows Detective to ask bunny-girls and Casino Owner to reveal their master key as well as see if it was used and how many times. This information can be revealed in trials using red truth.
- Detective's vote counts for 3 normal votes in trial.(depends on how trials exactly would work, subject to change)

Masterkey Power Card - Cost: 5
- Allows player to ask any bunny-girl or Casino Owner to give their masterkey.
- Masterkey can be used to lock or unlock any 3 doors in Afterlife Casino.
- After locking/unlocking 3rd door, the key must be return to bunny-girl or Casino Owner it was taken from within a certain amount of time or they will leave their post and come pestering player to return it.
- The card will be removed from owner's card holder after they return the key back to it's rightful owner.

Obtain Item Power Card - Cost: 4
- Allows player to exchange this card at Card Exchange Service window for any item they desire.
- Cannot be exchanged for a card of player's choice, but it can still be exchanged normally through Card Exchange Service with other player's cards.
- Cannot be exchanged for a masterkey.

Get Out of Jail Free Power Card - Cost: 7
- When you are murdered/about to be murdered, you will get an option to use this card, to get swapped with another random player who will die in your stead.
- New to MMG players can choose to exchange any other card they get for this card if they wish to before the game starts.

Joker Power Card - Cost: 10
- Allows player to exchange this card for any other existing card at Card Exchange Service window.

Cost Down Power Card - Cost: 0
- Allows player to exchange this card at Card Exchange Service window to lower cost of any other card by 2.

The Closing Argument Power Card - Cost: 4
-Allows a Non-Guilty Player to exchange this card and declare a Closing Argument in Trial.
-A Closing Argument is a attempted explanation of how exactly the murder took place and whodunnit. If the Closing argument is perfect, the Vote is skipped entirely and the culprit instantly caught.

Argument Armament Power Card - Cost: 2
-Allows a Guilty Player to exchange this card, admit to the murder, and force an Argument Armament.
-An Argument Armament allows the culprit to force the trial goers to deduce exactly how each step of the murder happened. If the players fail to do so collectively, then the Vote is skipped entirely and the culprit instantly escapes.

Oh, I have a "stupid and outrageous and ridiculous" idea for a series of power cards!  To add some context, one of the conditions in the character application thread is that the character must have met some untimely luck-based death, so what about the other roaming souls that died of rolling into traps beneath a bed, being accused unfairly in trials, blood loss from having their limbs torn off, etc.?
Thus, here is my suggestion:
Cinderella Power Cards (Naming still in progress) - Cost: Varies
- Each Cinderella card has a subtitle named after a specific character from any of the previous seasons; the condition being, as mentioned before, that the character must have passed from a non-luck-based reason (ex. Reiten Ikeda from Season Quadric Induction and Mami Tomoe from Season LIFE)
- These power cards would have a "demo" ability of the character they respectively take after
- Because not all abilities are balanced when compared across seasons, the cost of the card will increase in accordance to how powerful the original ability is
- Base Ability: Kitty from Season Tertiary Fusion - "This character is often by themselves, and is able to tell when another person is approaching."
"Demo" Example: Kitty (TF) Power Card - This person can detect anyone attempting a direct attack within a radius of one meter (which may be too small of a radius for the person to respond in time; it also does not account for approaching traps or being victim to collateral damage if the attacker originally held malicious intent towards someone else in the same room)
- This will probably cause more work for Sova to make as the host... Sorry for suggesting this
