"I would personally suspect Kyubey the most..."

Wendy looks around carefully

"I have a cause of it of course... But I am unable to stand too strong with it, since a few thing are... lacking."

"First of all, none of us were able to locate Madoka´s true murder weapon... I also don´t understand the real meaning of having 2 different contracts. 
If my thinking is correct, there was no struggle from either Madoka or Kyubey... The items that were put into a mess there, could have been from before the murder part even began..."

"Homura-san heard them talking about contracts... before a bumping sound came... Please notice, that she only heard one. She never heard stuff being thrown around in a struggle... And there was no second sound. Which leads me into suspecting Kyubey a lot..."

"If uhm... If we say, that the bumping sound, was Madoka falling to the ground in an ambush attack, where was the Kyubey´s fall?
What I think happened, is that Kyubey used his resurrection ability to his alibi advantage... As in, he killed himself after ending Madoka... Which would explain why Madoka´s murder weapon is hidden so well, while Kyubey´s was in plain sight. Knowing that he would resurrect, he must have killed himself with the screwdriver..."

"About the contracts... Kyubey could have faked his writing? Or maybe Madoka even made one herself... Which she never finished to sign."

"Uhm... This is just what I think happened... There could of course be an entirely different story to it..."

I suppose this point might have come up eventually. However, allow me to elaborate on one of my previous points. I mentioned how I was extremely small and couldn't defend myself, yes? I mean that very literally. My body is extremely light, and I cannot carry any large items. The reason why no second bump was heard is most likely because my body dropping to the floor wouldn't produce enough noise to be heard through a door. If anything, this only further serves to prove that I was killed after Madoka, since she would have definitely caused a commotion if I had been killed first.

Kyouko bursts into the courtroom, runs over to Kyubey, and sits down, placing Kyubey in her lap like before.

"Alright. Let's walk through the murder one more time. So, Kyubey, Madoka, Homura, and Kumagawa entered the Guard House together. After examining the place, Kyubey, Homura, and Kumagawa left the Guard House, leaving Madoka alone inside. Homura and Kumagawa stayed nearby the Guard House while Kyubey went off to do whatever Kyubeys like to do, which I assume is try and get people to sign more contracts."

Kyouko takes a moment to pet Kyubey some more before carrying on.

"This is when the murder took place. The killer must have killed Madoka while she was alone. This means that the killer had to have been in the room since before the group came inside. Another thing to point out was the fact that there was no struggle. Which means that Madoka never saw it coming. Which is weird, considering that the two stab wounds she suffered to the brain suggests that she was stabbed from the front. So, the killer used his weapons, which we could never find, but I will get to that in a second. He must have also been able to stand in front of someone without actually being seen. So, after he committed the murder, he went through the process of cleaning up the murder and making his get-away. This is when Kyubey walked in. Before Kyubey had time to react, the killer had already brought fourth a screwdriver to use to stab Kyubey to death in the stomach."

Kyouko makes some stabbing motions with her spear.

"So then after that, the killer desperately needed a way out of this. So, the killer used Kyubey's contract as a template for a fake contract. Then, they used the fake to frame Kyubey for Madoka's murder. Of course, this would put the blame for Kyubey's murder on the next person to walk in, which turned out to be Homura. Now, all the killer had to do was make a getaway. They knocked over some stuff in the room, which is the noise that Homura heard. Then, they carefully sneaked by her. She probably was too focused on the bodies to notice him anyways. So the killer sneaked out without anybody seeing him. He spent this time to go off and hide the murder weapon. Which would also explain why they were late to arrive."

Kyouko lets out a small yawn.

"There is one person who would be capable of leaving a room unnoticed, and, although I have no solid proof, the person most likely to be able to do this is our vampire friend, Alucard. Not only that, but he has been carrying around a used shovel with him. He could have easily used the shovel to bury the murder weapon without anyone being able to find it in time. Not only that, but he was one of the last ones to arrive at the crime scene, giving him just enough time to dispose of the murder weapon and arrive back before anyone could notice."

Kyouko pets Kyubey some more.

"So yeah. That's my theory on how Alucard murdered Kyubey and Madoka."
