Then allow me to pose a question. What makes all of you think the screwdriver was used to kill me? And that a sword or any other large and sharp weapon was used to kill the magical girl I was with?
Know that if you answer by posing the same question to me, this trial will reach a standstill. And that would not be beneficial for either of us.

"You were definitely killed by the screwdriver. It was the only wound you had. However, I am having second doubts about the sword. Because it was slightly rusted. Madoka's wounds had no rust on them. But her wounds were definitely sword-like."

I am failing to see how a 'screwdriver' can be classified as a wound. Perhaps you could elaborate on this? You continue to speak about my wounds, or the magical girl's wounds, but what exactly are these wounds? Was the magical girl slashed to death? Was I impaled in the head? Your discussion only serves to promote confusion, a path of reasoning that I cannot follow.

"Alright. Let me put this so that people with as simple of a brain as your own can understand. You were stabbed in the stomach. She was stabbed in the head."

Upon seeing Kyubey suddenly appear in the trial, the expression on her face changed to that of pure rage... "KYUBEY YOU PIECE OF ****! YOU KILLED MADOKA!!!!" She then tries to run over to Kyubey to attempt to beat him up...

Lurie catches homura and picks her up. "Now, now, no violence in the courtroom just yet. We have a mystery to solve."

"Actually, now that I think about it, Madoka had two wounds. One on each side of her head, each slanting inwards. They had to have been caused either by two of the same weapon or the same weapon twice."

"LET ME GO! I MUST DESTROY THIS DEMON FOR KILLING MY MADOKA!!!"
She struggles to break free from Lurie's grasp...

-Kyubey watches as Homura attempts to attack- Ah, baseless accusations followed by rage. How very... human. May I remind you that I lost one of my bodies as well in the endeavor? It was a very poor exchange for myself.
Now then, let us proceed with finding the murder weapon. From what I can gather, my other body was pierced once in the stomach with a screwdriver, and said screwdriver was left at the scene, which leads you to believe the screwdriver was the murder weapon yes? Then what about the magical girl? There seems to be some controversy over that point. Let's focus on that. What sort of wounds did the magical girl sustain?

"Madoka has two thin stab wounds that were fairly large, one on each side of her head. They were both slanted inwards."

"I only investigated inside the house... So I will try my best to tell what I know..."
Wendy made sure to avoid looking at anyone
"It can be confirmed that Kyubey was only stabbed once... The heavy screwdriver... which was found in the stomach was the only wound to find. No other cuts or bruises to find... The wound should fit? Aside from that... There blood was everywhere..."
She shivers at that
"The items and things has been moved around and made into a mess... Is it safe to say, that there was an obvious struggle..?"
She then turns her attention to Homura
"Homura-san! Your need to calm down now... It won´t help, if you are just letting your anger out like that."

Oh, now there's an interesting point. There were signs of a struggle at the scene. That leads us to another interesting turn of events. Let's leave the murder weapon used to kill the magical girl aside for now, and focus on this instead.
A struggle would normally mean one of the victims did not die instantly, and attempted to fight back. However, looking at both of the victims' wounds from the discussion regarding the murder weapon, it appears that the wounds on both victims were instantly fatal. Which means one of the victims must have caused a struggle before any of the wounds were made. Looking at the scene, which of the victims do you think was the likely one to cause this struggle?

"Well, considering Madoka was the one left in the room, I'm going to go ahead and take a guess that she was the one to cause the mess."

Interesting theory, Kyouko. Then allow me to pose a question. It is currently assumed that Madoka was killed with a large and sharp weapon, perhaps a sword, yes?
If we take that assumption into mind and examine the crime scene, with regard to a struggle having taken place, there should be something very obvious present at the scene. Something that would be left behind by a large and sharp weapon. Now, did anyone here find anything of that nature at the scene?

Alu listened to the others talk about a struggle
"Actually it's not that simple. The blood splattered everywhere was from homura shaking one of the bodies. Before that point the room was clean. It's also worth mentioning that there were no marks that would suggest a fight. Only the death wounds."
