Just so everyone knows. I have been extremely lenient for murders during the pregame. I have warned of mistakes and helped murderers avoid simple mistakes. I believe I was wrong in doing this. 
Even with gratuitous advice I see repeated mistakes and issues. The only way to learn is the hard way. From now on All Murders are under full game rules. I will not warn you of witnesses and impossible tasks that you think you can accomplish, but cannot. My game is based on Murder and I need people to think or I will crush your mistakes. This is the last trial with such kindness.

Make mistakes in the murder attempt, and I will crush any hope you had of getting out of trial. The real deal is going to be hard. I will crush you again and again, but you can try again after you return to life.

This is Blood Shift. Now brace yourselves. Its not gonna be easy to beat ME.

Yamada wants to start off the trial with the murder weapon. On Mystio's body, there are 3 large bruises on the back of her head, the shape matches a pole. Her neck is also bent at an angle. Yamada thinks that the bruises could be something to divert attention.

[Machalice]

I agree with Yamada. The bruises don't seem like they were what killed Sora.(should I refer to them as Sora or Mystio?)
That leaves the cuts and her neck...

When Yamada examined Mystio's body, the cuts weren't deep, so they couldn't be what killed her.

Every murder victim gets a good beating. What interests me is the broken neck.

I awoke from my sleep in the Supply Closet last night. Sora was there with me when I woke up, and I saw Jin walk in, and later Axel. I left to the Front Office and moved some pens to the Server Room, and then took a wire cutter from the Server Room and placed it on Ragna's desk. I believe those are the items wiped with blood, although I don't see the apparent significance of them if there is any.

That's my testimony, but Jin appears pretty suspicious. It's possible Axel didn't see him when he was knocked out. Although I wonder why Axel was left alive.

Yamada agrees that Jin would be very suspicious and about the broken neck. Ruling out the cuts and bruises, that leaves just the neck.

*Yawn*
Oh the trial started. Did I hear that the wire cutters had no significance? One of the wire cutters I found was covered in skin, so it's likely that it was used to make the cuts on Sora's body. And unless one of you sociopaths freaks admits to attacking her, it'd be probable that either the murderer or an accomplices did it. Blue incestful guy, why are your pockets bloody?

Verbal Bullet #9, Ravan's testimony - "I entered the meeting room during my investigation and saw Akito placing a bloody metal stick back onto the hook in the meeting room."

I label you, Akito, as a suspect!

Yamada agrees. Yamada suspects Vicky as much as Jin. When looking at the body closely, you can see 3 large bruises on the back of Mystio's head. Yamada can identify these bruises to appear as if they were made by a pole. The pole could've easily been handed off to Vicky when Jin walked into the room, though.

So are we ignoring me now? I guess since it's these idiots I can accept it. Though I give props, I'm surprised they noticed the blood on the pole. I'd still like to figure out how the blue clothed pervert got blood in his pockets.

Oh? I'm a suspect now, is it?
It appears I can't hide this any longer. The metal stick belonged to Jin, it was on his body when he died. He handed me the stick when he hugged me in the Front Office.

As for my deleted post, I thought Red was referring to me, it said:
"Are they? I didn't notice. I believe that may have come from Jin giving me a hug over our shared brotherly interests after he brought Axel to the Front Office."
But there is no blood in my pockets, so this is irrelevant.

Akito, you are lying. Jin is soaked in blood, especially after he helped Axel by the look of things.
If you had hugged him you would be bloody yourself, but I don't see a drop on you.

You're a smart one. No, Jin did not hug me, but he did hand me the metal stick. I figured having it on me would be quite incriminating, so I put it back in its original spot. Maybe I should have kept it, no?

I guess I have to give you people some props. Even though I figured it out just by looking at the murder report and scanning a few rooms. Although, I suppose I had somewhat of an advantage. After I was knocked out by Akito during the investigation of the first murder, I found the metal pole in his inventory after knocking him out in return. He's had the metal pole on him for a while now.

I leave the rest to the general populace.

Verbal Bullet #6 Aoi and Alice's Testimony
"We saw Sora go into the supply closet with a bucket. She never came out. Jin went in next, followed by Chatter. Vicky left soon after.

A little later a extremely bloody Chatter left the closet and went to out the meeting room. He returned momentarily. After re entering

the supply closet, he did not emerge until the body was discovered. A little later Jin, left the room with his sleeves rolled up and arms

in his pockets. He returned soon and we could see his hands were covered in blood. The body announcement happened right as he walked into

the closet."
You said that Jin gave you the pole in the Front Office!
