I suppose I'll state that I was in the front office awaiting the arrival of the big-wig this whole time, and I have no real information about this trial.
However, I did enjoy looking at the scene of the crime. A gruesome way to die, and rather interesting too. I wonder if everyone can piece together the information...?

Verbal Bullet#1 Bloody Chatter/Axel Chatter you claim to have been lying face-down in a pool of blood, but that doesnt explain how every little piece of you is covered in blood. Mind elaborating?

The cause of death really doesn't matter at this point. With accomplices involved, it'd be simple to acquire any kind of murder weapon. The cause of death, which should point to the murder weapon, is completely useless. This murder simply boils down to who dealt the finishing blow. Axel, you stated that you were knocked out, then woke up in a pool of blood, but this is simply not the case. There is an extremely thick blood trail moving from the meeting room towards the desk, and you were the only one soaked in that extent of blood. Verbal Bullet #1 - Bloody Axel I believe this proves your involvement with the murder nicely. The other weapons used to deal injuries to the victim were hidden away by Jin. Bloody wire cutters have been found all over the place, and Jin's pockets are bloody. Verbal Bullet #2 - Bloody Jin This proves Jin's involvement. Now, given that both of you are involved, all you have done so far is to hide evidence. Why would a murderer go out of their way to hide evidence when they pose a greater risk of being caught? The explanation, then, is that Akito was the one who dealt the final blow. He doesn't have a drop of blood on him, making him the most likely suspect as the culprit. Both wounds that could've killed Mystio, the head wounds, and the twisted neck, were both caused by Akito. Him having the metal stick and placing it back in the front office only further proves this. And since you, Axel, an accomplice in this murder, are trying to direct our attention towards the cause of death being bloodloss, we can safely rule out that option. The real culprit, Akito, has been attempting to direct our attention at the much more suspicious accomplices, Jin and Axel. It must've been quite a desperate ploy to reveal the involvement of accomplices in order to save yourself, Akito.

Clearly that's my ploy. Good job, Nue.

How about we go by the logic that everyone has been using? We can't trust what Akito says, because he might have been involved in the murder. We can't trust what I say because I might have been involved in the murder. We can't trust what Nue says because she might have been involved in the murder, OR might be angry against Akito for destroying him in the last trial. Now, for my defense. I was knocked out on the floor. As I said before, I walked in, and was knocked out. Yes, I'm bloody. That tends to happen when you are tied up and left in a pool of blood.

Yes, I'm a liar. Everything I said was deceitful. I murdered Sora.

As much as Yamada would like to believe your confession, as you stated before, no one other than you, Axel, and Jin knows what went on inside the closet.

Since we seem to have hit a brick wall, let's try to see what happened. You can all choose to believe me or not. I think the victim died from blood loss. The reason for this was multiple superficial cuts. We have deduced that the cuts were made with wire cutters found in a bucket nearby. This is due to skin being there. Now, I propose that the broken neck and bruises were simply red herrings. The victim was found with a rag in her mouth. Therefore, the rags must have been used to muffle the screams of the victim as she perished. As for me, I will not deny that I am covered in blood. However, this is due to me being knocked out upon entrance of the room. As you all know, I was tied up, and left there face down in a pool of blood, this being the reason I was covered in blood. As for the murderer, I have no clue. We have so many suspects. And the logic you used to rule out everyone else doesn't even make sense. It could have been Nue, it could have been as Akito says and is himself, it could have been Yamada for all we know. We've made no progress in this trial at all, and I wish we could proceed.

All right, all right. I'll try to be honest for once. There is a verbal bullet that ties together the cause of death and the actual culprit together. Hint: None of you have mentioned it yet. But I think soooomeone did get the cause of death right. Entertain me, my friends.

Yamada is offended that you consider me a suspect, Axel. If you look at Verbal Bullet #6 (WHICH I EDITED TO HAVE THE FULL TESTIMONY)it could easily disprove your last statement.

-stops playing his guitar for a moment-
Objectively speaking, I believe the cause of death is from the neck twist.

Let me approach this murder again, under the assumption that it was simple.
There are two separate instances of events in this murder, and I will review both of them.
1. Jin is in the closet along with Sora and Axel. He knocks out Axel and makes several wounds on Sora using wire cutters. Blood pools around, and Axel is deemed a suspect due to the overwhelming amount of blood on him. Jin then goes off to hide the weapons and the evidence. This is likely what created the blood trails leading all around the building. Jin returns to the crime scene afterwards and helps out Axel in attempt to justify the blood on him.
2. Akito enters the supply closet. He manipulates the crime scene by using his metal pole to strike Sora's head, kicks Sora's neck to break it, and stuffs rags and empty windex containers into Sora's throat. All of this was to hide the true cause of death. The lack of blood on the rags in Sora's throat is further evidence of this, as Akito has no blood on him. There is also a scrap of cloth on Akito's shoe, making it certain that he kicked Sora's neck broken.
Verbal Bullet #5 - Scrap of cloth on Akito's shoe
Axel's actions, if he was involved in this murder, are irrelevant at this point, seeing that the culprit had already committed the crime. I have suspicion that this was all planned prior to its occurance, despite it looking like Jin committed the murder and Akito came in afterwards to manipulate the crime scene.
Like I said before, it's a relatively simple murder.

And we have a winner. But it's all right, I've already died once before.

Hmph... I should've assumed this murder was simple in the first place. Well, it's been nice knowing you Akito. See you in hell.
