"I do believe that the item that struck Youmu over the head is right there at the scene of the crime. The glass overhead was broken by something and in the fall likely shattered into even smaller pieces. If one such large chunk of glass hit Youmu, it would most likely cause the wound you are speaking of when it broke over her skull."
"This storm is quite powerful as any of us here can attest. Perhaps the debris picked up by the storm eventually damaged the glass enough for it to break under its own pressure?"

"I looked at the corpse myself, and what you are saying can't be true. The victim had no glass embedded in their body at all. If your theory were to make sense, the victim should have some glass in the wound that killed them due to the blunt impact."
"I believe that the broken glass is meant to try to make us believe that the victim died due to the storm, and that the murderer knew we wouldn't bother investigating."

 "Hmph, as if anyone else could have accomplished this. I single-handedly broke though the locked door, and was met with a chain lock. At the moment that I was about to peek in, Shion grabbed me and pinned me down to the ground, and couldn't see inside from there. I then told Youmu to look inside, which is when the body was found. I then, once again, burst through the chain lock and opened the door." |
