Room of Noon

The walls of this room are covered in clocks, but not a single one is working and in motion. Strangely, you can hear the ticking of a clock very faintly. At the far of end of the room you see a huge desk with a huge high-back chair. The wall of the room behind the desk is entirely made of some kind of see-through material. Looking out you can see the clouds far beneath you and what appears to be a pitch black fog roiling below. The fog gives you an incredibly ominous feeling as you gaze upon it. On the desk is a huge round disk that appears to have been emblazoned with the numbers 1-12 along the rim. A clock with all of its hands rests here.

The blood clock spins and you are brought to the top of the tower.
