Hmm... hmm... ok, no glue was applied to the floor of the Kitchen. Furthermore, Maria's body never touched the wooden bar.
I won't comment on anything else.

"I'm not done yet! Theory #2 MK2!" " Exactly same as before except for how Kitchen wooden bar was done. First, glue was applied to the door and wall from Kitchen side and wooden bar was pressed against them. Then after some time or immediately afterwards, culprit opened the door, went out to Dining Hall, applied more glue to both bar's side and the door where they connected and closed the door now that bar was a bit stuck to the wall on Kitchen side and afterwards just closed the door. Otherwise, theory still stands and I'm still the culprit!"

Maria was not killed in the Kitchen, she was also not assaulted inside her guest room. Working with this, I wonder whether dying in the kitchen is the same as being killed there.
I suppose this would be unlikely but could you confirm whether the kitchen window had been opened during the murder.

So only the bar is left then? Well, I have to say the glue was only applied once.
Dying in the Kitchen means dying, it doesn't mean being killed. The Kitchen's windows were never opened, the only way out was the door.

Then let me try a few theories.
Can you confirm that no magic was used in this case.
The bar was connected to the wall through a method other than glue before the glue was applied. Perhaps another kind of adhesive or a screw. Then the glue was applied to the bar and the pressure of the door on the glue sealed it to the door and wall.
Would you also tell me whether there was any indent on the door or wall which could have held the bar in place.

"Okay then, if it was applied only once lets go with "Applying glue once like that was enough to make the door hold without having to apply any more glue.", but I don't wanna waste time with only one theory over wooden bar so lets add some more: "The glue was applied to the door and wall and then wooden bar placed diagonally against corner so that when door is being pushed to be closed it perfectly gets placed." and "The wooden bar has been put on the floor and then Study Key put behind it. Glue was put on door and wall and then door closed, then through closed door using a magnet, culprit pushed Study Key into wooden bar to make it apply to the door." and "Maria's body never touched the wooden bar but it could've been set in place there by any kind of other object, what object isn't important." as well as "Doors don't have any cracks for threads or whatever to be put through the door but Attic floor indeed have those so the wooden bar has been pushed into the door through any kind of thin threads or something like that through Attic floor.""
"I still feel like I don't have all the info needed to solve this :/ is there a doorjamb? Is there a door sill? What are 3 dimensions of the wooden bar? How heavy is the wooden bar? What is it's shape? What glue exactly is this glue? Hell, which side was the wooden bar even put on?!"

The study key was used to support the wood piece and made sure that it stayed in place while the glue dried. The key was lodged in the crack of the floorboard or something similar. The door and/or wall were covered in glue and the door then pushed shut. The door was probably held in place until the glue dried. The culprit may even have locked the door and then unlocked it later on to make it seem like the bar was the only thing holding the door closed.
If the glue container was small, then it would also be possible to place it by the bar and crush it with the door. This could account for the door not fully closing.

The Study Key was in the center of the Kitchen, it never touched the wooden bar. The wooden bar was only touched by the culprit, the door, the wall, the floor, and the glue. Any other objects the wooden bar may have touched are not related to this murder. The Kitchen is on the first floor, one cannot push a wooden bar into the Kitchen from a hole in the Attic.
If you're asking about the dimensions of the door, there is no door jamb, there is no door sill, the bar is 30cm long, 10cm wide, and 10cm tall. The wooden bar is rectangular of course, the glue used was liquid glue, there is no point in clarifying beyond that. The wooden bar was glued from the inside of the Kitchen.
There are also no cracks in the floor inside the Kitchen in which the Study Key could fit. The glue container remained intact until after the investigation had finished.

I will also say that applying the glue only once was enough to have the bar hold.

"Okay then, new theory incoming: "The culprit put glue all over the door and the wall where the wooden bar would be touching them from up to down to the floor. Then, the culprit put the bar and placed it on the liquid glue at the top of the door and after giving it enough time not to fall off the wall there, opened the door and left and closed it. The wooden bar slowly continued sliding down the wall applying new liquid glue that was on the wall and door to itself as it kept sliding down eventually hitting the floor." and another theory "Wooden bar alone wasn't enough to hold the push of other people so the culprit also glues side of the door where it is being held and opened by hinges between wall and door.""

Hmmm.... close enough.
The murder is as you explained, Koishi. The culprit killed Maria in the morning right after she got out of her room. The culprit cut off Maria's arms in the Attic and laid blood trails all around. Then they transported Maria to the Kitchen and made the closed room. When everyone was out on the rose garden tour, the blood in the Attic was given time to drip down to the second and third floors, creating the impression that many blood trails were present throughout the floors. To create the closed room in the Kitchen, the culprit applied glue on the ceiling of the room directly above the crack between the bar and the door. After they left, the glue dripped down from the ceiling, sealing the bar to the door and wall.
Regardless, the winner of this trial is also Koishi!

-chases Cranaskous into this trial- Hah... hah... you're really just going to leave me to clean things up every single time, aren't you? Fine then! This exceedingly generous witch will prove that this murder is impossible! Firstly, Maria Ushiromya was killed during the tour. This means from 9am until 7:30pm.The death was instantaneous! Maria had no time to act before she died! All of the blood trails were made by the culprit in person! This includes the blood trails on the 1st and 2nd floors. The bar in the Kitchen was also set by the culprit in person! Of course they didn't put glue on the ceiling! How dumb is that?! All doors and windows in the guest rooms were locked before the tour began, except for Yue's room which had only the windows locked. Maria's guest room key was also inside her room before the tour began. I'll also add that until the tour began, Maria was inside her room!In case you're still not convinced, I'll confirm alibis! Mystio was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Bobby Fullbright was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Maria Ushiromya is dead! The body is inside the Kitchen. Yue is also dead! He died yesterday. Pebble was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Hinaichigo was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Shiori was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Koishi was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Iris Ashberry was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Ririchityo was on the garden tour from 9am until 7:30pm. Blitzcrank was inside his guest room for the duration of the entire garden tour!As you can see, nobody could have committed this crime! It's an impossible murder!
