Maria refusing can mean that she did not answer. Furthermore, Maria did not set foot in the guest hallway after the tour was announced. Locked doors cannot by bypassed by any object or device that go through the cracks. The window of Blitzcrank's guest room was not opened from the time the tour was announced to the time everyone returned.
As usual, Bobby, you are completely wrong.

All guest rooms were locked prior to the tour. Then could you confirm if this means everyone locked their room windows and door(s) when they left their room in the morning and it all remained locked when everyone left for the tour.
Locked doors cannot by bypassed by any object or device that go through the cracks. The report says the kitchen door was "open." Does it still count as a locked door?
The window of Blitzcrank's guest room was not opened from the time the tour was announced to the time everyone returned. Then would it be possible for Steve to have had the window open prior to the time the tour had been announced and/or after everyone returned?
Did anyone notice the kitchen door being jammed before the tour?
Maria did not set foot in the guest hallway after the tour was announced. Does that imply that Maria could have set everything up before the tour was announced? Does "did not set foot" rule out other methods of traversing the hall?
Also, can the master key open any door on the property?
Except Blitzcrank never entered the guest hallway after he had gone to sleep in his guest room the previous night The truth lacks a time frame. Could Blitzcrank have entered the guest hallway after he had woken?
Nobody saw any blood trails in the morning after the tour was suggested. Does this imply the possibility that the people on your missed the start of the blood trails.
The culprit was also not aware that the tour would be happening until it was announced. Does this mean that the culprit heard the announcement?
I suppose there is little harm in creating more theories. Maria was not in her room in the morning. Maybe not even the mansion. This opens up the possibility that anyone could have been the culprit. The same applies to Steve, so he is still a potential suspect. I will wait for a few confirmations before continuing.
It would be nice to know whether the culprit used animals (or something besides a player) to spread the blood.

Everyone in possession of a guest room key locked the door to the guest room in which they resided. I won't comment on the windows, since everyone already assumed they were locked and didn't bother to check.
You're right, the Kitchen door was not locked. Then, just for the Kitchen, if the door to the Kitchen is closed, it cannot be bypassed by any object or device through the cracks.
I will not deny that Blitzcrank may have opened his window before the tour began. This is because there were no specific checks on his room, nor did he himself check the state of the window being open or locked.
I refuse to comment on whether people noticed the door to the Kitchen was jammed or not. I will not explain the reason.
I will clarify, Maria did not enter the space defined by the guest hallway after the tour was announced. Of course, I cannot say that she did not set foot in the hallway before the tour was announced, as she must have set foot in the hallway at some point in the past in order to reach her guest room.
A master key can lock or unlock any door within the mansion.
I believe the time frame on Blitzcrank is clear. After he went to sleep, regardless of whether he woke up immediately afterwards, he did not enter the guest hallway until this point in time.
It is ambiguous where the blood trails start and stop, thus it is impossible to comment on where people found them to start and stop.
I will confirm that the culprit heard the announcement for the tour. I will also add that there was a call for everyone who was not present to attend the tour, this call can also be taken as an announcement.
I will confirm that everyone was inside the mansion in the morning.
All of the blood in the mansion is human blood.
Dear me, you ask quite a lot of questions, Shiori. Perhaps I should start refusing more.

"I give you people a head start to solve this trial while napping and you can't even get enough info for me to even make a single theory afterwards? Seriously, what are you doing? Okay then, Mr. God, can you please answer these questions and give few confirmations?"
"First info that is lacking: What ways are there to enter or exit from Study? Is it only the double door leading to F2 Corridor or there are windows or any kind of passages too?"
"Second info that I have been confusing before that wasn't cleared: Is F2 Corridor considered being the same as Guest Hallway? Basically, is it possible to get up to Attic or enter Study without passing through Guest Hallway when coming through trapdoor and double door from other place like first floor for example?"
"Third info that I want confirmed: You already said in red that Maria did not enter the space defined by the guest hallway after the tour was announced, that Blitzcrank never entered the guest hallway after he had gone to sleep in his guest room the previous night and that from when the tour began in the morning until it ended at 7:30pm, nobody except for Blitzcrank and Maria set foot in the mansion. From that, can I get red truth for Nobody entered Guest Hallway after the tour began please?"
"Fourth one connected to third one: can you tell in red whether it is possible to make blood trails in Guest Hallway without being in it?"
"Fifth info I need is: Because Maria's most likely death cause is blood loss (isn't what I need confirmed here, but would be nice if it was confirmed), this means that while she was killed by cutting her arms off and causing the bleeding, the death itself happened at different time. You said Maria was not killed in the Kitchen, she was also not assaulted inside her guest room, does this mean that Maria's arms weren't cut off in the Kitchen or that Maria didn't die of blood loss or whatever other reason in the Kitchen?"
"Sixth info I need confirmed is another truth you said: You said "Nobody saw any blood trails in the morning after the tour was suggested.", nobody saw doesn't mean that there were no blood trails, but what I need confirmed isn't that, but this fact: "Nobody including the culprit behind the blood trails haven't seen blood trails in the morning after the tour was suggested." as well as I need to know when does morning end and when the culprit or anybody else would be able to have seen the trails again."
"Seventh info I need is: What was the status of blood vials that are/were in the Attic when the Attic was investigated during this murder?"
"I think this is it for now, but I might add more information requests if I find anything more lacking..."

Hmm... alright, I will make some of the room layouts clear. The study has a single set of double doors and six windows. It is possible to enter or exit from any of these. There are no hidden passages, and all doors and windows were locked right before the Study Key was used to unlock the study during investigation.
The second floor hallway is connected to the guest hallway, but they are separate entities. So it is possible to pass from the first floor to the Attic or Study without entering the guest hallway.
I cannot say that nobody entered the guest hallway after the tour began, since the people who arrived in the evening to investigate most definitely entered the guest hallway. I will say though, that nobody entered the guest hallway from when the tour was announced until the tour ended at 7:30pm.
Perhaps I should say Maria did not die in the Kitchen for clarification. And indeed the cause of death is blood loss.
I refuse to comment that the culprit did not see the blood trails. The reason being the culprit most definitely did see the blood trails while they were making them.
The blood vials in the Attic do not contain human blood.

"Humu humu~*nod**nod* Okay, thanks~ ^_^ Now for the last question..."
"How exactly did everyone assembling for the tour occur? Is this a correct order: Shiori woke up and went around all guest rooms inviting everyone -> everyone except Maria and Blitzcrank agreed and joined Shiori's party -> everyone together went out through main door and went on the tour. I'm not quite so sure where exactly was anyone before Shiori's announcement and how did they come forth towards it and where did the announcement happened in the first place..."

The tour assembly was due to everyone meeting in the Dining Room except for Blitzcrank and Maria for breakfast. Shiori then suggested the tour, and called for Maria and Blitzcrank to come out of their guest rooms. However, there was no answer and the tour proceeded without them.

"Requesting RED OF JUSTICE on the following:
Extending an arm (either the player's own or a severed one from another) from a Guest Room to the Guest Hall does NOT count as being in the Guest Hall.
Guest Hall doors are close enough to hold an arm next to, that the blood trail would appear as a semi-continuous line, given that the aforementioned trail is made up of drips.
Blood drips exist next to the Guest Room windows, and also go past them to the outside.
Blood drips related to the current case exist outside the Mansion, including next to Guest Room windows."

Entering the guest hall means that one's entire body must be in the guest hall, I will concede that point.
The doors in the guest hall are all more than 1m apart from one another.
The blood trails in the guest rooms are focused around the centers of the rooms, they are not close enough to the windows for them to lead outside.
I refuse to comment if there is blood outside the mansion. This is because nobody investigated outside the mansion to see if there was blood.

"All righty then! Theory time!
Blitzcrank is the culprit. The night before the tour, he had obtained the Study Key and the Master key by some means. He, during that night, unlocked his window, left his room and locked it, went to the Kitchen and unlocked the windows while grabbing cloth for a gag, went to Maria's room, unlocked her window, locked her door, and kidnapped her without injuring her. He then carried her out of the window, with her on his shoulder. He closed the window and climbed down to go to the shed, where he laid her and gagged her with a cloth he had on him prior to the kidnapping. He then used a saw to cut off her arms jaggedly, while holding her down with his other free arm. He then took a wood block and glue and left for the Kitchen, taking care not to let blood flow in the gardens.
He left her almost lifeless body in the Kitchen and went back to his room with her arms to wait. He then waited for everyone to meet, then moving to unlock the rooms while everyone was talking in the Dining Hall. He, knowing that someone would try to get Maria and him one more time, locked his room and Maria's. During this time, he used the windows to climb the walls to reach more rooms to put blood in them. Once the person was gone, he then hurried through each room and the guest hall to fill them with blood trails, locking the windows (except his, which was already open) in the process. By the time the trip started, he had finished his task (in the Main F2 Hall atm) and went downstairs to finish his job.
He put the trail in the rest of the rooms and finished in the Study, locking it with the Master Key. He then took the arms up to the Attic and left them there. He then prepared the glue and bar in the Kitchen, and once that finished, he left through the front door and went to his room via his unlocked window. He then waited for everyone to return before locking his window.
EDIT:
In the second paragraph, Blitz left the Kitchen via window to get to his room. In the third paragraph, he locked the Kitchen windows right before he set up the glue bar.

"Ugh... I think my head is starting to hurt from this trial... I think its time to finish it, fly my Theory #1!"
"The murder plan started long before the morning meeting... 2 people met up and discussed stuff. They both decided to commit a murder, a very ridiculous murder involving whole mansion. One would murder and do some shenanigans like blood trails and stuff and other would distract everyone away from the mansion somehow as well as other details. That was what they decided on or maybe something similar to that. Morning came, everyone came to Dining Hall to take breakfast. Everyone but Blitzcrank and Maria. Why? Because Maria was kidnapped, gagged and placed in the Attic by nobody else than that same Blitzcrank before he went for short sleep yesterday (or maybe it was Shiori who kidnapped her, doesn't matter much). Meantime, everybody decided to go on a tour to the rose garden and have fun. Why? Of course because that was how the 2nd person planned to distract everyone. And on pretense of calling Maria and Blitzcrank, the 2nd person that is Shiori came over to Attic and gave a sign to Blitzcrank that it was time. Shiori took one of Maria's arms from Blitzcrank and then while pretending to be calling Blitzcrank and Maria, Shiori went around all guest rooms with master key and finished the blood trails in Guest Hallway and rooms miraculously not making any blood splatter on herself due to herself covering with something or just because of being careful and quick. She gave back the arm and master key to Blitzcrank near attic and then hurried down to lead everyone while saying Blitz and Maria didn't answer. Meantime, Blitzcrank cut off Maria's second arm (unless both were already cut) and dropped both in the attic corner. The blood trails in attic might have been done already by that time but if not, he done those and then got down and started walking around all over the mansion making them blood trails. Then while doing that he went to Study and put master key there and locked it with study key. He also went around gathering other supplies in mansion while making blood trails. He finished his path in Kitchen taking a wooden bar and gluing it to the door. Maria was already dead by then so he just dropped her like ragdoll she was along with study key on the floor. He then opened a window, got through and went over through outside to his room. There, he got in, washed any blood that got on him and then lied down to fall to sleep. Only his mentality of steel allowed him to sleep peacefully even after doing ALL THAT to a little girl. The plan continued at 7:30 when everyone returned. Everyone split out to search around but nobody really took note of who went where. Thats why Shiori who already knew where body was and what needed to become closed room murder sneakily went back outside and throw a window got into the kitchen locking the window behind her. She then hid herself in Kitchen until it was breached and then casually got out into the crows as they were shocked over the armless corpse of Maria. The plan was all but finished and everyone knows the rest. The End... Phew... Well then Mr. God, what can you say about this?"

Blitzcrank is the culprit. The night before the tour, he had obtained the Study Key and the Master key by some means. He, during that night, unlocked his window, left his room and locked it, went to the Kitchen and unlocked the windows while grabbing cloth for a gag, unlocked all player room doors and windows (except his and Maria's), then left and locked the doors again, went to Maria's room, unlocked her window, locked her door, and kidnapped her without injuring her.
He left her almost lifeless body in the Kitchen and went via windows back to his room with her arms to wait. He then waited for everyone to meet, then moving to climb through windows to put blood trails in everyone's rooms while everyone was talking in the Dining Hall. He had already locked his room and Maria's by this time though (First paragraph). During this time, he continued to use the windows to climb the walls to reach more rooms to put blood in them. Once the person was gone, he then hurried through each room to fill them with blood trails, locking the windows (except his, which was already open) in the process. By the time the trip started, he had finished his task (in the Main F2 Hall atm) and went downstairs to finish his job.
He put the trail in the rest of the rooms and finished in the Study, locking it with the Master Key. He then took the arms up to the Attic and left them there. He then prepared the glue and bar in the Kitchen, just after locking the windows, and once that finished, he left through the front door and went to his room via his unlocked window. He then waited for everyone to return before locking his window.

There was nobody hiding inside any of the guest rooms or the Kitchen from the time the group returned from the tour at 7:30pm until this point in time.
Blitzcrank also did not enter or exit through any windows, given that I have discussed enough about Blitzcrank, I will add that Blitzcrank is not the culprit, nor is he associated in this murder in any way.
Furthermore... this murder has no accomplice, it was all done by a single person.

Freebie! All rooms in the mansion have red wallpaper! Ahem... by wallpaper I mean everything except the floor is colored red. I would claim there was red carpeting if I was arguing about the floor.
Hahaha... maybe I'm being a little too generous.

"Wait... You can't mean.?! If everything was red except floor, then blood won't be noticed anywhere except for floor... Including ceiling... Theory #2, lets go!"
"The murder happened at early morning or maybe night, doesn't particularly matter. Culprit got into Maria's Room with the help of Master Key. Then they ragged her and kidnapped her. They took the master key that wasn't needed anymore into Study and locked it with Study Key. They carried Maria to Attic where they had then chopped/cut off her arms. Afterwards, they carried/dragged her body all around the Attic pouring blood everywhere on the floor of it. Once done, they likely wrapped body in something not to cause any more blood and carried it into the Kitchen. Having done that, they took a wooden bar and glue. Then they put glue on the wall, the door and floor and then put the wooden bar there and further pressed Maria's body part (likely legs) against the wooden bar to push it into it. Then the just opened the door outwards and casually closed it making the door still properly put against the glue to harden while also adding Maria's body weight a bit to the door. They also dropped Study Key into Kitchen beforehand. Afterwards, they washed off any remaining blood or whatever off themselves and sat in Dining Hall prepared for when the time would come for somebody to discover that door to the Kitchen was locked and panic or whatnot. But instead of that, when people woke up, Shiori proposed a tour around the rose garden. Giving more time for blood to seep through floor and make the blood trails on floor here would be perfect so culprit immediately agreed and rushed everyone to leave. And so everyone did leave and never returned until blood dripped through ceiling or floor of attic and made blood trail around everywhere. And that is how it all happened. And yes, IT WAS ME ALL ALONG!"
