So this is my opponent? Interesting choice! Well then! Prepare to face the power of the Wicked Eye! Reality be rent! Synapse break! BANISHMENT, THIS WORLD!
Alright then! Allow me to begin by stating my testimony.
Rikka's Testimony
My piece was in her guest room before the murder occurred. At some time during Day 2, There was an intense thunderstorm and around that time, something had frightened my piece while in her room. I wasn't able to see what exactly happened to my piece during that time but when I checked on her, she appeared quite disturbed but was unharmed. Then I noticed she was holding this strange note in her hand which said "The fishes are coming for you..." I don't where or how she obtained the note but it seemed to imply that someone or something was coming after her and that her life was in danger. I then decided to let my piece hold out in her room for the rest of the day since it was too dangerous for her to leave her room. The next day came and my piece was still safely in her room. Then at some time. She heard sounds coming from my door. Feeling cautious. She carefully approached the doorway and stood with her "Schwarz Sechs Prototype MkIV" (Umbrella) at the ready. Then suddenly, the door opened and before she could react, someone or something entered her room and attacked her and was killed right where she stood. I don't know what happened afterwards but I later found out that my piece was hanging on a chandelier in Room 18 along with her beloved Yuuta who had also been attacked and killed horribly.
Now why do I think this murder was impossible without the use of magic? Because I believe that: The culprit couldn't have entered Rikka's room without the use of magic!
And to prove my point. I shall state the facts in red!
1. The door to Rikka's room was locked prior to the murder.
2. No key or any device was used to unlock the door from the outside.
3. Rikka had her room key the whole time.
4. Rikka was inside her room before she was murdered.
5. Rikka was killed near the doorway of her room.
6. Rikka obtained the strange note while inside her room.
So now I ask you. How do you think the culprit entered Rikka's room by logical means? I'd also like you to explain how the culprit managed to hang both Rikka and Yuuta's bodies onto the chandelier in Room 18? Ill be awaiting your counterargument on this Alice...if you even have one!

Your second point seems to support most of your argument, so here is how it will break~ If you force open a door, it does not count as unlocking a door~
The discovery of the note is too vague to say much about. The carvings on the three victims implies a connection between the note and the murders, but there are multiple ways for a note to slip into a room. Perhaps the note was placed in random rooms and you just happened to pick the room with it. Was Rikka in her room the whole time or had she perhaps wandered while you hadn't been paying attention?
Was she killed where she stood or merely knocked out?
Hanging people does not require magic so much as strength and/or the right tools.

Nice argument you have there. But I'm afraid I'm gonna have to shoot it down with these statements: No physical force was used to force open the door.
The door had not been damaged or tampered with in any way.
As for your second argument. I don't know how exactly my piece obtained the note since I wasn't around at that time to witness it but all I know is something had frightened her and she just suddenly had that note in her hand. If I were to speculate what happened that time, its quite possible that: Someone or something could have suddenly entered her room, left the note to her then disappeared. If that were the case. Why was she left unharmed that time? For me. It could be that the culprit could be playing mind games on her then kill her later on though I can't really say for certain. I also don't know the purpose behind the strange fish like carvings on the victims chests but it seems to imply that: The deaths of Rikka, Yuuta and Drei could have all been committed by the same culprit.
To answer your first question. I shall reply with this statement:
Rikka had been in her room the whole time since she obtained the strange note up until the time she was murdered.
To answer your second question. Pls read my fifth statement on my previous post.
As for how the the corpses were hanged on the chandelier. You'd need a ladder or something to reach the chandelier to hang the bodies and I'm sure there weren't any ladders used and if there were, it would have been too heavy for a single person to carry. Can't really say much about this though since I haven't really looked onto it that much yet.
So can you still find a gap in my wall of red or are you ready to concede defeat and accept this murder could have only been possible with magic?

Very well~ Then lets take a look at the other part of the statement~ "No key or any device was used to unlock the door from the outside." Device is a fairly vague word which can possibly cover magic~ So it counters your argument that magic had opened the door~ Outside is also an oddly specific detail which leaves possibilities with which someone could possibly have opened the door~
I actually suspect multiple culprits involved in this case, although I lack the information to prove it at this point...
There are many ways to reach something at the ceiling~ My sister had pulled down the trap door just a couple days earlier with a couple chairs~
