『*sigh* It appears that I have chosen a short straw... Oh well then... You say that Akame was the culprit, but I suppose I might as well go and ask you to do this: Prove it.』

Sigh, I don't have to prove anything. You have to prove to me that my theory is wrong. Guilty until proven innocent is the name of the game in this battle.
I shall post some of the information I gathered, but even if you deny all my information, if you cannot prove Akame innocent you lose.
Drei was assaulted by Akame in the Guest Rooms hall. They fought for a brief duration before Drei perished. Akame moved his corpse to Room 18 and left. Afterwards they cleaned themselves off, put the finishing touches on the crime, and went back to their room.

『That is what you say, but... Drei's body had apparent wounds and even a foreign object stuck inside him. Doing so much should have splashed quite an amount of blood on the murderer, yet... Akame's clothes have no blood on them and are not wet. She couldn't have done this and cleaned her clothes of that much blood without even washing them.』

You are correct in that she would have gotten bloody. It is possible that she did wash them though. The Shower in Room 16 has blood in it. One of the blood trails leads into Room 16 which would have been caused when Akame went there. Akame cleaned off in the Room 16 shower and used a towel to dry off and get off any remaining blood.

『First of all, lets start from most obvious: There are no blood trails leading into the shower room. How would she get to shower room to wash the blood off herself without spilling a drop?』
『Next, the Shower Room had mirror shards scattered in it. Lets assume Akame did the murder while naked so as not to dirty her clothes and then entered the shower to wash the blood off her body. Then how would she go through the mirror shards without hurting her legs? As I already told before, none of Akame's clothes have blood on them or wet and Akame's shoes are undamaged too.』

To your first point I pose the same theory as before. Akame used a towel to not only dry and clean herself, but to clean up the blood trail to the bathroom. As to your second point there are only a few mirror shards. It is completely possible to navigate the shards without touching them with some careful movement. As such it is possible to enter and leave the bathroom without injuring ones legs or shoes. As one last point against the mirror, The mirror could have been destroyed before OR after Akame cleaned off in the shower. Thus Akame could have either navigated the shards or simply not had to deal with them as they may not have been present.

『Actually, now that I think about it... Akame's hair isn't wet all, meaning she didn't wash her hair in shower. But, Akame's height is lower from Drei's and considering that from the looks of it Drei was murdered by being stabbed into his neck, Akame's hair should've caught blood on it if she killed him.』

I acknowledge that Drei is much larger than Akame and that her hair is not wet, but your theory does not stand. A Metal Poker was found in Drei's chest. While Drei may be taller the injury was not dealt at a height above Akame's head. As such it is completely possible that no blood splatter reached Akame's hair. When one stabs forward with a weapon I would imagine holding the weapon lower than ones own head just based on where you would hold it to put your full weight behind it. Assuming that does not prove true then I also propose that Akame could have covered their head with something to prevent themselves from getting as bloody. The first thing that comes to mind is the towel, however it could be any piece of cloth/covering. By the Devil's Proof you cannot prove that such a thing does not exist and that we simply may have overlooked it.

『Hmmmmm... You have mentioned there was a brief fight. It is still possible that during that fight blood from the wound would've splashed on her hair.』
『In any case, this far in your theory you have brought up quite a few methods, but judging by those: This murder would've been possibly by anyone that doesn't have an alibi and not only by Akame.』

It is possible that the blood would have splattered. but it is also possible that it did not splatter You also assume that the injury was dealt during the fight. The stab wound from the poker could have been dealt at the start, during, or after the actual confrontation. At these points in time Drei may not have always been standing at full height. Drei could have been kneeling, lying down, or in a variety of positions when he received the injury.
To your second point that anyone without an alibi could have committed this murder you are technically have committed this murder. The question is who other than Akame does not have an alibi? First off, the Metal Poker was found in Drei's chest. I see no signs of it having been removed and replaced and with no other viable weapons present to deal the cutting injuries on Yuuta and Rikka the Poker was the item that dealt the injuries to Yuuta and Rikka. The Metal Poker is absolutely soaked in blood. which can be explained by the extreme amount of blood from all three victims injuries. Since the weapon's final resting place was in Drei I propose that Drei was the last of the three to die. This removes the possibility of any of the dead players committing the murder. Yosuke has been wandering down in the Dining Room since before the death of Yu and is still located there. Since he has not ever left that room Yosuke is not the murderer. Alice has stumbled onto the blood in the hallway and is frozen in fear. Considering their reaction to their blood Alice is not the murderer. Soma also has an alibi because Soma was Knocked Out and had her body manipulated in a way impossible to perform with just oneself. John Smith has been in the F2 Corridor since he returned during the storm and remained there when Drei passed him. Smith could not have committed the murder as the struggle obviously took place in the guest rooms. Considering these alibi's the only player who lacks an alibi is Akame, rendering her the only person capable of committing the crime.

『*sigh* I give up... With all those alibis brought up, I really lost any proof I can use to protect Akame... Why was I even trying in the first place anyway...』
