A makeshift office has been set up here, with some desks and bookshelves moved in along with plenty of chairs. A few fish people seem to be moving things around, fully dressed in official looking uniforms and carrying large water tanks on their backs. A fish person sits at the desk with a sign next to them indicating that you can receive a free consultation on your first visit to ‘Dream Come True Borrowing Services’.
