The Crystalline is hereby designated as an Urban Legend class threat. The organization is a Syndicate with an unknown, but relatively small number of members. It is believed the Syndicate seeks the approval of The Ring based on its activities.
The Crystalline kidnaps people and through unknown methods crafts accessories. It is presumed the process consumes the life of the kidnapped as no one taken has been recovered. It remains a small time operation currently as the Ring has not acknowledged them so basic payment will be issued for its destruction.

I've had to fight with a handful of these wackjobs. Be careful. The more wacky accessories they have on, the stronger they are.
