I like all of them EXCEPT the following
Second Chance: I revive people ALOT in my seasons. I feel this one is gonna get handed out to everyone fairly quickly. In my seasons dying generally means you will be revived, so to me the achievement boils down to you died.
Touhou Rules: I like DR Rules because we are based off of DR, but if we go into achievements for Touhou then we might as well give an achievement for playing a character from any game besides DR. Blazblue, Persona, and Ace Attorney are popular choices as well.
And of the ones Satori posted these are the ones I would change.
Things that go bump in the night: I like the achievement just not the name. Perhaps "Solar Eclipse" or "Snuffed Out." Perhaps more ideas on the name before we finalize this one.
Double Agent: I don't like people using false accounts, but these twists have been some of the bests soooooo. I guess we can have it to reward people who have done it before.
Remnants of Humanity: I would add a clause making so you must survive and the majority of the cast must be dead, say 75%.

I would edit IT WAS ME DIO by adding a clause saying the players have drawn it down between fewer than 3 suspects and you are among them. That way people can't just end the trial and fun immediately for the achievement.
Some ones I want to suggest:
A Light that Shines Brightest in the Darkness
Kill or Subdue Eclipse in the Darkness
I am a Frickin' Magician
As the Murderer, end a trial with every player having an unbroken Alibi.
Blood in The Gears
Kill someone with the equivalent of a Rube Goldberg Machine.
Monster Among Men
Inspire so much Terror that EVERY player in the game allies themselves against you.

Yeah, bet you can guess what I'm basing these on. XD
EDIT: One more.
Even what this is?
Be approved for entering a Season as a Masuno-style character, and play through that Season as said character.
What is a Masuno-style character, you might ask? Well... The title gives a hint, but you all miiiiiiight find out sooner than later.

Alright the next wave of achievements to be added. I will place them here and in addition to stating if I will add them I will explain why I am not if I decline them

Status: Rejected. This achievement isn't an achievement, its like getting mocked. While some of these exist its mostly just for the fun of everyone but the person who receives it and these should be self gratifying to some extent.
Casting call...
Roleplay just as much or more than the Mastermind during one on one discoveries or NPC talks...
Status: Accepted. RPing is fun, if you are more into it than the person who made it then that is fantastic.

Status: Rejected. While its encouraging for players to be active, its also just kind of a throwaway achievement. A short game happens and then everybody has it.

Status: Rejected. Funny, but like the earlier message this achievement isn't necessarily a good thing and is not really an award.

Status: Accepted. It does overlap a little with something like Superhero or Super Villain, but its a little broader and its a cool thing to do.

Status: Rejected. Key thing here is the "or otherwise." While it would be great to have lots of role playing its too easy to just talk to people by saying hi or worse yet, be in a trial with all the players. Insta achievement for all involved.

Status: Rejected. An achievement that isn't an achievement. Getting rewarded for doing nothing is not a thing.
The 3rd Option
Win any season by other means besides murder or solving the mystery.
Status: Rejected. The people who care about this did the Zircon alternate objectives and already received trophies. Giving them even more at this point when no other seasons have had other objectives like Zircon would be excessive.
AFK Support
Control the actions of an AFK player either by getting their consent or by in-game means.
Status: Rejected. Again a very niche scenario involving one player being AFK. You don't accomplish anything as another person is just handing over temporary control.
Achievement: The Big Boss's Minion
How to Obtain: Serve as the mastermind's spy or servant during a season hosted by another player.
Status: Rejected. Requires you to be lucky and be selected to serve the mastermind. Less of an achievement more just a "I WAS HERE" thing.
Achievement: Addicted to the Murder
How to Obtain: Play in three back to back seasons.
Status: Accepted. Rewarded for being active a lot. Yay!
Achievement: Sleep is for Real People
How to Obtain: Play in a season hosted by someone 10 hours or more ahead or behind you.
Status: Rejected. More luck than anything since another player has to host a game and be in a very specific time zone.
Diary Use 101
Get killed by any afk player
Status: Rejected. The achievement should probably be given to the person who triggered the afk kill.
Skylia's Chosen
Be chosen by Skylia.
Status: Rejected. Can only be earned at one point in time by being involved a specific season. As such its unfair for future players.

Status: Rejected. This situation only arose in Zircon. Since its so uncommon to even have a situation where this is plausible its unfair to future players.

Be approved for entering a Season as a Masuno-style character, and play through that Season as said character.
Status: Rejected. Its a great thing to be Masuno, but we have already seen pretty much every personality in the book and assigning one to a specific player seems ridiculous. Also because nobody knows what this is but you Masuno and as such its just you self gratifying yourself and serves no purpose on the general achievements board.
Eclipse Chronicles achievements also rejected due to their unavailability after seasons.

Eh, that third one was supposed to be a joke anyways. But some people do know what I speak of. Heheheh...
Ahem. For Truly Heroic, it's supposed to be one that's very hard and such. One situation where it could be applicible, in a normal DR-style season, would be by murdering before the final trial and getting away with it, and still going through and outsmarting the Mastermind in the Final Trial.
Since you called out Mystio in Season Fate and already had two kills in which nobody even suspected you, I'd say it could apply to you as well, perhaps.
