The room is almost completely dark, except for a small flame that lights a candle in the distance. Cells line the room, encased in obsidian bricks, which the walls and ceiling are composed of. All of the cells are unlocked.
Inside each cell are chains and cuffs; the chains in one cell are broken off from the wall. Four of the cells have skeletons in them. One of the skeletons is missing its hands. The last cell on the right appears to have something written on the wall.
It says "THIS PLACE IS HOPE."
At the back of the room is a sole guillotine. It is rusted and stained with blood.
There is a lever by the wall to take you back to the Grand Foyer.
The cell doors are all open.
