After a long time spent in the elevator, you arrive at the highest point in the city, a massive tower. Here, you can see everything for miles. The first thing that catches your attention are massive ships floating in the air above the battlefield to the west of the city. It appears they are not approaching the city, but underneath you can see flashes of light as a battle appears to be commencing. 

You can observe the battlefield for details of the forces fighting, and choose what to do from here.
