A grand structure made from crystalline ice has been built atop a small island, with a large crystal ice bridge connecting it to a much larger island in the distance. The crystal building has been divided up into several different areas, with many flags flying above it emblazoned with the symbol of the Eurasia family. A dormitory area, a diving area, and a main building with many floors and various different rooms have all been built here to resemble an academy. Many uniformed people are constantly patrolling the grounds, and are keen to throw out anyone who looks like they don't belong here.
