The room seems to be made almost completely out of wood. There are ten beds lining the room, five on each side. There are two large counters: one in the front and one in the back. Both are topped with marble. Each counter has a sink, two bottles of liquid soap and a metal tray. In one tray is a single scalpel and a probe. The other tray holds a pair of scissors and a single needle. There are glass cabinets above the counters.
There is a note on the first counter.
One of the beds appears to be stained with dark red and green liquids.
The room is lit by two candelabras.
The word "Conquered!" is stamped into the floor here.
