In this district, you see many houses have been built like a small suburb repeating across a massive section of the city. Houses float in the sky, atop small floating islands, or supported by hundreds of lighthouses, many of which are decorated with holograms or which have virtual avatars floating around them. You see many drones flying around delivering various packages to the houses, as well as virtual avatars walking around the streets. There are streets leading towards the next district, but all of them have been blocked off by lighthouse barriers, and you see many lighthouse sentries and observers watching closely for trespassers.
