Here you find dozens of cells blocked with metal bars lined up throughout the cavern like small cages. Each cell has been packed tightly with people in various states of distress. A few barrels with stale water and a chest with moldy bread have been left here, along with a schedule of when to feed the prisoners. The cells have been locked with sturdy padlocks.
