Tail's End

Here you see the tips of some small mountains poking out of the water lined up about a kilometer away. At the very end, there appears to be a mountain with a larger landmass poking out of the water, and there you see a flag flying from it. The small mountains are constantly submerged and disappear beneath the waves and the rising tides, and only resurface once in a while.
