Waterside Village

Most of the wooden houses here look abandoned, with only a few frail looking people walking around the area. A massive bonfire constantly rages in the center of the village, and many boats have been left on shore. The few inhabited houses have been separated from each other, and there are many smoldering piles of charcoal which appear to be houses which have been burned down. The people here all look downtrodden and depressed.
