Glowing Mountainside

As you approach the round mountain, you notice a large titanium structure built around one side of it. Many makeshift elevators have been built here, and you can see hundreds of carts standing at the ready at the bottom of the structure. A few tunnels have been drilled into the mountain, and from them you can see the dull green glow. Many spotlights have been set up here, most of them turned away from the mountainside for the moment.
