The port where most arrivals come from. A few piers stretch out into the water, smaller branches jutting out to accommodate the ships bobbing on the waves. Floating platforms serve as landing pads for airships and can be connected to the piers to extend them for larger ships. The tops of submerged homes peek out of the waters around the port, where aquatic Faunus have made their home. Floating platforms and bridges align with passages underwater, allowing land dwellers to access the buildings that are especially tall. Layers of walls keep ships from crashing into the buildings and provide a record for where the city had been expanding.
Grimm are running rampant through the streets.
