The Copse has been distorted beyond recognition, with only the great tree retaining its general shape. Waves of earth have swallowed plants and creatures nearby. Everything has been stretched, crushed, twisted, or otherwise reformed. There is a stench of rot, as animals half merged with trees and stone slowly die off. Among the corpses are human and Faunus, along with the tents they had set up at some point. A black marble altar has been placed before a ruined shrine, offerings laying on the ground around it.

A Sea Feilong and a Wyvern are here with some researchers.
