An ambling mob of transparent forms shifts around in an expansive underground area. This appears to be an ancient structure of large stone blocks. Some within the ceiling failed to withstand the test of time and have fallen, smashing small craters into the ground. Some of the craters have crumbled further, sinking into a pit of ever widening quicksand. Rays of light flow through the openings that they leave behind, followed by a small trickle of sand. With the irregular nature of the beams of light, there are areas that remain shrouded in deep shadows. Makeshift weapons can be found sticking out from the sand and laying in the stone.
Murals can be found on the few walls revealed. They depict a trial by combat where the participants fight each other until the guilty individuals are slain. This usually comes with its share of trouble, considering how none of the innocents can realistically know who the guilty ones are. There are however, judges and doctors who are definitely innocent. Should the guilty slay all the others, they are free to leave. Above all this, the form of a woman with an uncannily realistic mask can vaguely be seen.
All the equipment on one's person turns shadowy and intangible. Abilities also seem to fizzle out when cast.
Those standing in light will be blind to everything in shadow. The quicksand will halve movement speed and suck in individuals who do not move. They will start suffocating (20 power) when under the sand.

The doctor has a medical kit and gain another with every guilty person killed. Nothing else can heal others.
The innocent can obtain a piece of equipment or ability if they kill a guilty person.
The equipment can be items that one entered the Colosseum with.
