A shaft of light shines through the crack which resembles a gate splitting the earth and sky. Thick banners of cloth hang from above, some of delicate frills and others of heavy materials. They disappear into the shadows where the light doesn't reach. A gentle breeze wafts through the opening, causing the cloth to sway to and fro.
