This appears to be the residential district of the city, with homes scattered around a large garden. Once one steps onto the Western half, it feels as if all the noise of the city fades away. Dirt pathways lead around the garden, transitioning into vine walkways which twist around large trees and form bridges between them. Homes had been created by carving out parts of and building around the trees. In the center of this district, there is a lake with a large crystal growing out of it. To the North, there are relatively normal buildings for the ones who wish not to live within the garden. Facilities like schools, hospitals, and libraries can be found in this half of the city.
Residents study and meditate within the garden. There is a noticeably higher faunus population in the area.
The Winter Maiden can be found dozing off near the lake if she can get away from her secretary.
A cat faunus is found here quite often, eyeing the fish with a strange look in her eye.
