Gris fires an oversized rocket into the sky with a major action. It bursts at the apex and rains fire down on a 35 m area. He can also choose to ride the rocket, guiding it for 2X m before it explodes (where X is equal to Gris' level). If he had used any elemental dusts within the last three turns, then the burst will also inflict a status effect related to them. The initial flames inflict 4X power burning. The Dust will add a multiplier based on the energy within the Dust (ex. an ice Dust crystal has 3 energy and will inflict 3X frozen). Should the rocket impact with a target, it will increase the status effects inflicted on the target by +1X. Depending how the rocket hits, this can create a more controlled explosion (ex. semi-circle or cone). This has a cooldown of ten turns, but it can be shortened by one turn for every instance of Dust usage afterwards.
Icarus
Perk- Gris has small gliders that he can use to ride his explosions or whatever else happens to send him into the air. He does not take damage from his own blasts and can travel a distance equal to the radius of the explosion. The gliders will lose 5 m of height every turn.
Drawback- The gliders will not function if Gris is too hot or wet. While using the gliders, he has to spend an action on movement every turn or he falls out of the sky.
Shounen Protagonist?
Perk/Drawback- Winking at people charms them... maybe? It doesn't work more often than not and those it fails on might not take kindly to random attempts. 1 power charm, might not be worth the minor action it takes.

Burn Dust to create an explosion which burns (19.5 power) everyone within 20 m. If it applies, the burning deals 4.5 damage and reduces their damage resistance by 25% for three turns. Restriction bonus 40%.
Flash Bang lvl 2- lightning
2 energy, 12 power- 6 power blind, 11 m area of effect, 1 turn duration
Gris throws out a flash bang, blinding (6 power) those in an 11 m area for a turn.
Bang Bang Bang lvl 3- fire
3 energy, 15 power- 8 damage, 7 power stun, 14 range
One of those strange low ground light shows of his. Gris tosses a string of firecrackers which stun a target (7 power) and deal 8 damage as they burst.

Mortar
9.5 damage, 16.5 range, 25 durability
Piercing and crushing damage. The Mortar fires ballista bolts that can be armed to explode with a minor action. The explosion deals half damage to everything within 8 m. The bolt deals piercing damage and the explosion deals crushing damage. It can fire in an arc to get over obstacles, but will have halved range. Normal ballista bolts increase damage and range by 5, while Dust bolts increase them by 10. The mortar holds five bolts.
