Semblance- Clairvoyance
Once a turn Clarity can use a minor action to place Clairvoyance on a target, predicting where they will move. Clarity's attacks and abilities will have +100% range against them. An eye appears on the target for the next three turns or until another target is marked with Clairvoyance. Clarity can see through the eye until it gets two or more areas away. He can also enter a heightened state which extends his Clairvoyance to see into areas adjacent to his own. While in this state, attacks and abilities inflict freezing equal to half their range for a turn. This will put Clairvoyance on cooldown for nine turns.
White Death
Perk- After a target has been frozen, any additional freezes will deal damage alongside the usual extension of the freeze duration. If Clarity kills a frozen target, they burst into a small storm which inflicts half the freeze on them to everyone within 5 m. These kills lower the cooldown on Clairvoyance by two turns.
Drawback- White Death does not function in hot areas. Fire and healing will also remove all the freeze stacks on Clarity's targets.
