He uses a major action and energy equal to their level to capture their shadow, doubling the amount of healing required to revive them. Should they be revived, he loses grasp of their shadow. Shadows that he successfully takes can be summoned from his own with a major action and double their level in energy. They require energy equal to their level for upkeep every turn or they will return to his shadow. Noir can use a major action to force a destroyed shadow to reform by paying its summoning cost again. If he allows the shadow to disappear, then they cannot be summoned again during the current fight. Additional shadows can be summoned, but they will have double the summoning and upkeep cost while the previous ones are active. Shadow legion has a ten turn cooldown following a summon.
Mafia
Perk- Noir is able to inspire fear in a target depending on how many are with him. Every companion and shadow allows him to inflict a stack of fear (3 power). Taking out a target that is afraid of him will lower the cooldown of Shadow Legion by 2 turns.
Drawback- Noir cannot use this perk while in bright light and is more susceptible to status effects inflicted by light related attacks and abilities (25% weakness).
